Hot Rackets Review

Review:
The "frigid", brunette legend, Candida Royalle, goes to investigate when her husband, Jon Martin, is spending far too much of his time at the local, members-only tennis club and far too little of it with her. Of course, what she finds is that the club is predominantly a horny haven for husbands and ho's, whose focus is distinctly more on fucking than it is on fuzzy balls and rackets. Whether Candida will get totally pissed off by her discovery or merely succumb to the club's various sexual trappings becomes the pressing question of the day. Such is the case in "Hot Rackets", an exceptional, 1979 release from Cal Vista and director Robert McCallum. Featuring the lovely Ms. Royalle (rest her soul) in the lead role, along with the likes of the awesome Desiree Cousteau, the blonde Cris Cassidy, and the blonder Rhonda Jo Petty, to say that this one is star-studded is clearly an understatement. Indeed, it offers up some of the bigger names of its time, all in hot XXX action. Further, as with other McCallum films, the plot in this one is strong, and raunchy, dirty, though somehow fun fucking abounds. Indeed, there are a total of 14+ sex scenes spread out over this flick's ~80 minutes, all of which are framed well and, while short by today's standards, all of which don't just fit in with the plot but generally advance it, as well. Throughout, the film also retains its heat, its direction, and its lighthearted themes. As such, for fans of features and/or the Golden Age, checking this production out is a no-brainer if ever there were one. It's simply awesome. Hands down and dicks up, it's a winner!

In terms of the sex, Jon Martin's scantily-clad maid, the blonde Cris Cassidy, blows him in the shower when his wife, Candida Royalle, refuses to yet again put out (Scene One ; facial). In Scene Two, Mike Ranger shaves the blonde beauty's, Rhonda Jo Petty's, pussy as she speaks on the phone with Candida. A steamy oral and vaginal romp on their bed ensues (pop on her smooth pelvis and tummy). Scene Three pairs up Candida Royalle (RIP--one year this month) and a worker at her hubby's tennis club, Ray Wells, in a schlong sucking fantasy sequence. She takes him to completion in her hand. In Scene Four, Candida works herself over in her waterbed as she listens to a sultry, male voice upon the radio, while Scene Five couples up the help at the house, Cris Cassidy and Turk Lyon, as they blow off steam when the bosses are away (oral, vaginal ; cum-shot on her bush). In Scene Six, the tennis club's masseuse, Laurien Dominique, blows and jerks John Raymond until he glops up her tits, and then she turns her attention to some girl-girl action with the hesitant, though horny, Candida (Scene Seven ; fingers, tongues, crotch-grinding). Scene Eight brings together Cris Cassidy and Turk Lyon again, this time in a blind man's--Rock Steadie's--sprinkler-drenched greenhouse. He fucks her until he unloads on her backside out of doggy, with Rock showing up toward the end and with Cris being so kind as to blow him a bit, as well (Scene Nine). In Scene Ten, a bimbo who's come to the tennis club to hook up with married guys, the amazing Desiree Cousteau (in her full-on "Dizzy Desi" persona), strikes gold in the hot tub, taking on both Mike Ranger (orally and vaginally ; money-shot on her tummy) and then Jon Martin (oral, vaginal ; load on her tummy ; Scene Eleven). Desiree Cousteau was pornographic poetry in motion, no doubt. In Scene Twelve, Mike Ranger takes his time with the masseuse, Laurien Dominique, who's quickly--and unbeknownst to Ranger--joined by Candida. They both suck him, Candida fucks him, and Laurien jerks him off out of Candida in a cowgirl position to finish off the fornicating festivities. Scene Thirteen offers up a poolside orgy in which Connie Peterson, Laurien Dominique, and Yvonne Green get it on with Don Fernando, Mike Ranger, and John Raymond (oral, vaginal ; facial for Dominique by Ranger, load on Peterson's tummy). As this is all transpiring, Jon Martin and Rhonda Jo Petty find themselves inside, searching for someone, and then ultimately ending up in one another's arms...and sharing bodily fluids (oral, vaginal ; no-hands pop on her smooth pelvis out of missionary ; Scene Fourteen). So hot...all of it! Don't miss out on this one!
