Lipps & McCain review summaries:
fu_q's
Having pissed off a group of poker-playing hicks, a rough-and-tumble biker gang, and a couple of low-rent mobsters, two unemployed, wannabe cowboys (Rick Lutze and Paul Thomas) and a young, runaway bride (Amber Hunt) find themselves on the run and in hiding. Whether their constant string of good-for-nothin' shenanigans has finally caught up with them or whether they'll escape and live happily ever after remains to be seen, but--either way--the one thing that's for certain is that there will be a heapin' helpin' of hot and horny fucking along the way. Such is the case in "Lipps and McCain", an overall-good, 1978 release from director Bob Chinn and Alpha Blue Archives. [read the full review]

5 Films 5 Years 1 (Blu-ray) review summaries:
Flash's
5 Films 5 Years Volume 1: Golden Age Erotica is an excellent limited edition Blu-ray collection of five classic adult films. The set contains Too Naughty to Say No, Hot and Saucy Pizza Girls, The Ribald Tales of Canterbury, Prisoner of Paradise, and Dixie Ray Hollywood Star. The films on the release span from 1978 to 1985 and, honestly, fans of golden age adult films should find several to their liking, even if not all of the films included are favorites. None of the films on this release have ever looked better on home video and 5 Films 5 Years Volume 1: Golden Age Erotica is definitely worth picking up before it is sold out. [read the full review]

Rene Bond Triple Feature 3 review summaries:
Flash's
Alpha Blue Archives has included both of James Bryan's connected feature films High School Fantasies and Beach Blanket Bango together on this release along with the unconnected Touch Me, that was directed by Anthony Spinelli. Both High School Fantasies and Beach Blanket Bango are enjoyable films that complement each other well on this release. Touch Me is a rather forgettable film that is worth a watch but probably not much more. Alpha Blue Archives has done an atrocious job with this release with an image quality that is unacceptable making this release not worth picking up at all. [read the full review]

Tell Them Johnny Wadd Is Here review summaries:
fu_q's
Nothing but trouble (...and sex...) follows, when Johnny Wadd (John Holmes) is called down to Mexico to help his old war buddy (Damon Christian) take on a drug dealer who's married Damon's junkie ex-wife (Veronica Taylor). Such is the case in "Tell Them Johnny Wadd is Here", a tepid 1976 release from Arrow Productions. While the plot is fairly good for a porno of its era (...despite its narrated storyline motif and jumpiness at times...), and there's a decent amount of cheesy, shoot-'em-up style action, the sex itself is incredibly tame...especially given that the legendary cocksman, Holmes, is involved. Indeed, there's plenty of fine fucking to be found in releases from the time period, just not here. There are also better plots from the era, as well. [read the full review]

Overall, Tell Them Johnny Wadd is Here is an average adult film. Viewers that are new to the series will probably want to check out some of the better entries first as this film may not want them to see the rest of the Johnny Wadd series. Fans of the series will want to pick up the disc so they can complete their Johnny Wadd collection. Viewers that like long sex scenes or hate tame sex scenes will want to skip this title along with viewers that hate plotted porn. [read the full review]
