review from 6/10/2003:
If you are interested in Ron Jeremy, this is a great film for you to watch as it gives a great insight into who he is. Likewise, if you are interested in the industry, this might also make a good watch for you as well as it gives some insight there as well. Viewers will probably want to rent the film over purchasing it as it may be one you'll never want to watch again. [read the full review]

review from 5/16/2009:
More Dirty Debutantes #37 is part of a series of videos from Ed Powers that debuted a lot of ladies to the business of porn. Many of whom who were only around a short time, some of whom DID go on to have a moderate to legendary career in the business but a few who only did it one time and were never heard from again. For those few, I think the experience of having to screw Ed was probably enough to scare them away! LOL! [read the full review]

review from 12/10/2002:
Fans of Ed Powers will probably want to skip this outing due to the horrible video quality present. Fans of Anna Malle or Annabelle Chong might want to pick this disc up, if they can find it real cheap, for an early view of their favorite star, but that's about all this disc really has to offer. The Little Details Running Time: 82 min. Production Date: August 1998 Director: Karen Dior Cast: Temptress, Tina Tyler, Annabel Chong, Janis Jones, Chad Conners, Chris Donnell, Drew Andrews, James Perry, Johnny Thrust, Leo De Silver, Paul Carrigan, and Vince Bandero The Short Story Initial Expectations: I havent heard much good about Karen Diors movies, but with Tina Tyler and Temptress here Ive gotta give this one a try! Initial Reaction: Eh. Who Should Watch It : Fans of the stars Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting to see more than one scene repeated over and over with different people The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is pretty average. Its nicely balanced and there arent many background noises. Unfortunately, there are a few areas which look to be obviously dubbed. The video is a bit better. Theres just a hint of grain (although its more visible in some parts than others), and its nicely lit throughout the feature. [read the full review]

review from 3/14/2002:
* DIRECTOR: Jim Powers. * DURATION: ยป85mins. * STARRING: Allysin Chaynes, Annabel Chong, Delia, Gwen Summers & Mazzy Page. Kelly the Coed has occupied the #1 spot on a few DVD retailers top 10 lists for a very long time. This teen-theme classic stars the perennial teen-queen Allysin Chaynes (less teeny these days with a big pair of plants) and one of my personal favourites, Gwen Summers, in addition to two less well-known cuties, Delia and Mazzy Page. Unfortunately, Annabel Chong worked her way into the movie too ... but these things happen. The teen theme works well with the four young girls and their nice natural bodies. The plot is pretty stupid it has some amusing moments but is entirely skippable. Ive disliked most of Jim Powers work but this movie seems more coherent than his others and the sex was OK. While great for Powers and decent by normal comparison, there could have been a lot more done with the cast (especially Gwen). Once you fast-forward past the long annoying ad at the start, there's a good range of extras. [read the full review]

review from 10/18/2001:
All-in-all, Kelly the Coed is not a bad movie, but a far cry from those that came out during the golden age of adult films. Kelly the Coed is worth a watch and/or picking up if the price is cheap enough. There are enough variants in the sexual acts presented in the movie that all viewers should be pleased as everyone should find something to their liking within the movie. Heatwave has done a good job with their DVD release of Kelly the Coed. [read the full review]

Running Time: 83 min. Production Date: August 6th and 7th 1998 Director: Jim Powers Cast: Allysin Chaynes, Annabelle Chong, Gwen Summers, De Lia, Mazzie, Brian Surewood, Pat Myne, John West, Mark Wood, J. J. Michaels, Tyce Bune, Jay Ashley, Mark Afile, Brandon Iron, and Johnny Thrust Initial Expectations: Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews on Kelly The Coed . Since its been nominated for a WAD Award I have some hope for it. Initial Reaction: Its not bad, but its not fabulous either. Audio /Video Quality: Its a low budget feature, so its not perfect. The audio has some dubbing but most of the dialogue is pretty clear. The video has some grain and suffers some from poor lighting in areas. On the plus side, its probably a little more realistic lighting in some of these scenes. Unfortunately, it isnt that way for all of them. Music: I think theres only two songs through the entire movie. Theyre normally well balanced but get really annoying. [read the full review]
