His first effort was promising, and this one likely offers more of the same. We begin back in Prague, as Nacho hangs out with two only somewhat attractive ladies, Petra (short red-brown hair) and Michaela (longer dyed red hair). Both have nice bodies, and both have right shoulder tattoos, which in the case of Michaela is gross enough to be distracting. Fortunately, I can look beyond the tattoos because the ladies have very nice smiles, and are in a happy mood. Michaela seems delighted to fellate Nacho as he licks and prods Petra. Soon Michaela is grabbing Nacho's nipples, an activity she maintains thoughout the scene. Nacho fucks Petra and then Michaela vigorously, but cums without having done any anal.

The ship, painted with the Private logo, sailed to various ports in the western part of the sea, where Nic Cramer shot intensive set- piece action sequences (and some mediocre sex) for the big budget Sex Seige. My impression is that Sex Voyage had to shoot what it could, when it could, resulting in a so-so movie, one that does not hold up to the Private standard. It doesn't help that the video quality is abyssmal for a DVD, under-lit and with mucho grain. Still, things can't be too bad when Dina Jewel is on hand as star.

The usual "little kid" and "porn for pedos" (TM Rog Pipe) stupid tricks are thankfully avoided. Instead, the sex is straight forward, albeit with young, often immature women who may not be the best performers. Jon Dough has been acting for about 15 years, and is very capable in that regard. But as with Sean Michaels, he seems to have grown bored with the world of porn, and during his 5 year or so directing career, has made many very mechanical pornos. They are technically proficient, with all the action clearly shot, but his movies lack and passion or distinction. Bring'Um Ypung 4 is no exception.

Review brief: Directed by Mike John Released 12/9/1999 VHS 7/2001 DVD Cast: Anastasia (aka Anastasia Blue), Daniella (aka Daniella Rush), Sharon, Laura, Cativa, Cherry, Cricket, Lexington Steele, Mr. Marcus, Sean Michaels, Jake Steed This series was begun by Sean Michaels, who can be a very good actor and director. But by around 1996 or so, he seemed to get bored with the porno scene, in part because he has probably done it all. The quality of his work seemed to go down, and Mike John was added to this series as co-director to make the results better. John was a nobody before getting hired on by Anabolic and Diabolic, but he quickly proved his abilities with movies like this one. I believe Sean Michaels still had a part in the creative aspects of Up Your Ass 12, but Up Your Ass 13 is purely a Mike John creation. Since he wasn't the much-lauded director he is now, he had to make do with an inferior collection of female talent.

Review brief: Directed by Jean-Yves LeCastel Released 12/8/1999 on VHS, 7/2001 on DVD Cast: Venus, Shannon, Mika, Sara, Monica Sweetheart, Lea DeMae, Beatrix (aka Katy, Kathy Heart & Brittany) LeCastel sometimes makes more than one movie at the same time. This was shot during roughly the same span as The Matador 5, and both include Venus, Monica and Lea. I consider the two equally good, and most of the comments on this one also apply to The Matador 5, which will be available on DVD soon (note that on the VHS of The Matador 5, Lea DeMae is miscredited, she's the blonde secretary, not the brunette in the preceding scene). Venus made a bunch of movies with LeCastel, she's on the cover of Debauchery 7 and appears in at least 4 others between his various series. I suspect she and LeCastel were bumping uglies off screen too, in real life. They certainly have a great ease and familiarity with one another.

So only certain women will be identified. LeCastel was in a rut of sorts, so to speak, when this one was shot. The women aren't real good looking, and their enthusiasm is mostly low, and the men are some of the scummiest he has even assembled for his formulaic movies. Why watch Assman 9? Well, it is good for those who simply want to see a lot of female buns get busted, and Catherine Count fans may want to see one of her early performances. I rented it in particular because I wanted to see Laura (Laura Dark) again. We begin with Helen Birne, a pretty but plain, busty blonde.

He takes beautiful women to exotic or otherwise scenic locales, and then has them fucked silly in scenes that are high on anal content but low in heat. It is all well shot and everyone and everything looks great. Kovi seems intent on following the Woodman plan to the letter in the many movies he is making for Private these days. The only real difference is that his sex scenes are shorter, and it bothers me when he has the women stare into the camera (I can forgive it in Woodman movies, for some reason). This one is the beginning of a series that will parody Indiana Jones, and we start by seeing Nick Lang's Mack make a drunken fool of himself.

I contemplated purchasing the set, but for one reason or another always went with different titles. I finally took advantage of the chance to rent the DVD of The Gigolo 2 and scratch a 5-year old itch.

Cast: Synthia (aka Sylvia Sun), Nomi, Lidia, Dita, Hannah, Evelyn, Claudia (aka Veronica) Laura, Jean-Yves LeCastel, David Perry, Jean-Pierre Armand, Richard Langin This movie isn't subtitled, but if it was, "It's good to be David Perry" would be an apt choice. The man must fuck on film over 300 days a year, and he is in most of the scenes. Unlike the preceding volume 7 and following #9, Debauchery 8 has a minimum of stupid ass tricks. Instead it is the sort of JYL movie I prefer, with mostly one on one and two on one setups. We begin with tease footage of Synthia stripping for us. This is the athletic, hard bodied Hungarian blonde I have written about a lot lately. She is in numerous recent Euro releases, where she usually displays tremendous energy (see Rocco's Initiations 3 and Rocco: Animal Trainer 4 in particular). She is more subdued in her JYL appearances, such as Debauchery 9 and Assman 15 (no DVD for a few more months).

He has always had beautiful women (and often has a few non-beauties mixed in), and an anal fixation. For Evil Angel he changed his style from 90 minute releases with 8 or so scenes to 140 minute movies with 5 or so scenes. Lately, his style has further evolved. While his early Euro Angels movies focused on "anal tricks" such as stuffing fingers and toys up his models' asses, his recent titles have followed the trend of label-mates Rocco and John Leslie in highlighting eroticism and sexuality instead of tricks and gimmicks (while keeping the action primarily anal). I wasn't sure what to expect of Euro Harball 12, but it proved to be one of the best Christoph titles I have seen.

I have read that at first Vouyer (sic) always had two guys with one girl, but due to fan demand, started mixing two girls with one guy scenes into the mix. I think this one achieves a good balance in that regard. It was shot in Europe, and the set budget rivals that seen in most Zane productions,though the famous ugly couches are replaced by leather furniture. The movie opens with Red Julia and Sandra introducing themselves. Both Hungarians have pretty blue eyes. Sandra is one of many current actresses with that name, this one is the slightly plain, pale skinned, black haired one, with the huge natural breasts. She can also be seen in The Voyeur 19 (don't tell Vince, but this is how "Voyeur" is spelled), in a good scene with Blonde Panni/Penni.

I rented it because I wanted to see Lea and Monika, and I hoped that it would be silly fun like In The Ass, On the Glasses. Of course, that was a German movie that Zane distributed, while this was one they actually made themselves. That makes a lot of difference. Each of the four scenes begins with the woman for that scene telling us about her age the first time she had normal and anal sex. She then tells us what her ass tastes like. They think the question is as silly as the viewers do, so they have trouble keeping a straight face as they answer. ATM in the title is pornspeak for "Ass to Mouth." Lea is our first victim.

I had high hopes because of the beautiful cast, but I also remembered watching an Adamo video some months ago, and hating it due to the lack of heat in the sex scenes. As I watched Dangerous Things 1, I noticed again and again that Adamo put in touches that screamed out, "This is ART, dammit!" Subtlety gives way to ostentation. The movie begins with Sylvia Saint (gorgeous blonde Czech with a perfect body, as if you didn't know) describing the recent lack of success in her writing career. Actually, it is another actress with less of an accent, and her voice isn't nearly as sexy as Sylvia's. I wondered if this was a bad sign. As the voice over describes her love for her boyfriend, he appears in the person of David Perry.

The only release of the past six months I haven't cared for is True Anal Stories 13 (not reviewed). I know this is his "throw away" series, a catch-all of scenes that don't fit his more defined lines such as Animal Trainer. I wasn't sure what to expect in this one. As it opens, it quickly becomes clear that the credits are all screwed up, with much of the cast misidentified. Rocco opens the door to a house in the Buda hills (also used in various other movies), and is greeted by his friend "Nikoletta." To my immediate delight, this is actually Isabella, the witty, articulate cover girl from Assman 16.

I know he makes a couple of German lines, and in English, he directs The Matador series for Private, Assman for Anabolic, and Debauchery for Diabolic. I haven't seen any of the German titles, but the English ones are largely indistinguishable, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason in deciding to which line a new movie will be assigned. With that said, he does have two slightly different forms of film making. When he also performs, the movie usually includes a lot of one on one or threesome couplings. When LeCastel stays behind the camera, the video includes a lot of "stupid ass tricks" such as having guys wait in line, pulling their puds, to have a go at one girl's anus.

His earlier work mainly consisted of guys getting their rocks off, with the women present merely to provide an orifice or three and some visual stimulation. A boys' club atmosphere prevailed, and some club members continue to crank out such movies on their own, Jean Yves LeCastel being a prime example. These have their place, they meet a need in their male audience for hard yet undemanding action. Sometimes Rocco found a performer who wanted to push her limits.

Christophe is in one of his long hair phases as he sweeps the floor and then prepares some sex toys for the upcoming scene. Slender, pretty Monica Sweetheart wanders in to take a look at the toys. She is a recent favorite of mine, though she has looked better than she does here, where her makeup isn't done right, for my taste, leaving her with a sleepy look. She has dark brown hair, which is probably her natural color, in some other movies (The Matador 5 and Assman 12, both on DVD by the end of this year) is is almost black, while on her recent USA jaunt it is a very light chestnut color. Still, Monica's body is killer, filled out yet without any fat.

Review brief: This was the 6th and final release in Private's Gaia line, which was to be couple- friendly, but had abandoned that notion by time this was released in early 1998. The DVD was released 3/2001, and includes trailers of other recent DVD releases, along with cast and production notes, and the 1998 trailer of the VHS. Directed by Christophe Clarke Cast: Linda Thoren, Nikki Andersson, Judith Grant, Margarethe, Sophie, Adlie, Eva, Grety, Judit, Vanda, Andrea (aka Carly), Jean Yves LeCastel, Yves LaPrince, Leslie Taylor, Mike, Crhistophe Clarke Jean Yves Lecastel (JYL) and Yves LaPrince (YLP)are experienced French porn actors, who started making their own videos, most notably for Anabolic and Diabolic, around the time this was shot in late 1997. In this movie, they play French porn producers, who come to Budapest to have Christophe help them find gorgeous young women to screw and then cast in their movies. In reality, they are producers AND actors, who moved to Budapest cast gorgeous young women, and THEN screw them in their movies.

As the movie opens, we see an American urban street at night. The Carl's Jr. sign is a dead give away, and it looked to me like Las Vegas. As I was thinking, "what the heck...?" a subtitle appeared explaining that this was Los Angeles. Next we see Lexington Steele, the black stallion, sitting on an obvious film set with a ball gag in his mouth, and with a scared look on his face.

Review brief: My god this is good. Here's the cast: Kathy, Alexa (aka Krisztina Bella), Brigitta, Sophie, Synthia, Jenny, Angel, Agnetta, Anita, Money (aka Tamara), Milla, Mercedes*, Elly*, Seandra* (aka Nicol), Dori*, and Hakon, Leslie Taylor, Josh, Nacho Vidal. The girls with the * appear only in the casting. Rocco usually makes "rough" movies, with lots of spitting and slapping and such. This one lacks these things, which is fine with me, probably because it is the first time for these women to work with him, so he tries to go easy, leaving the rougher stuff for future collaborations. All of the women, I mean all, are young, pretty, and tight-bodied, with sweet hips and small natural breasts. The movie begins with Rocco and sidekick/camera guy Gabriel Zero goofing around with some of the girls. The action is all at a house outside Budapest, probably in the Pilis Mountains west of Buda. Rocco waits upstairs as the girls come up a few at a time to get poked and prodded, and to fellate Rocco a bit.

Review brief: By now, most people know that Rocco follows a formula for his movies. He takes pretty Eastern European girls, and has energetic, often rough sex with them. If you don't care for this sort of thing, you won't enjoy RRP3. This one was shot during the spring or autumn of 2000. Prague appears typically dreary and grey, but Rocco is there, as always, for the Erotica show (I know that many viewers eagerly await the DVD release of 1996's Rocco and Miss Erotica in Prague, featuring Sylvia Saint in one of her first starring roles). As is typical, Rocco begins his movie with a casting, to examine the available models before using some of them in the rest of the scenes. Therese, who acted a few years before in Anabolic's Debauchery 1, seems to be the lady in the background directing the casting and serving as translator. Rocco's camerman and sidekick (some say cousin) Gabriel Zero goofs with some of the girls, as Rocco and two other guys fool around with them, and eventually engage in brief sex.

Review brief: Zane has been importing Eoropean, mainly German, videos for years, and releasing them in the USA with any extra naughty bits such as fisting removed. Recently, they have picked up a line of German titles shot in the Czech Republic, and have left in the "good stuff" for "Euro versions" available in select markets. Now, some of this line, mostly known as "Czech Extrme" or "Backdoors of Prague," are making it to DVD. This one has intrigued meever since I first heard the title months ago. Later that day, I went to lunch and saw a very attractive young lady taking orders. She wore a tight skirt and top, and glasses. I couldn't help having lewd thoughts about her sexual habits... In the Ass On the Glasses is a catchy American title for this flick. I imagine the original German was not a direct translation, since not all of the action is anal.
