Assman 12 Review

LeCastel sometimes makes more than one movie at the same time. This was shot during roughly the same span as The Matador 5, and both include Venus, Monica and Lea. I consider the two equally good, and most of the comments on this one also apply to The Matador 5, which will be available on DVD soon (note that on the VHS of The Matador 5, Lea DeMae is miscredited, she's the blonde secretary, not the brunette in the preceding scene).

Venus made a bunch of movies with LeCastel, she's on the cover of Debauchery 7 and appears in at least 4 others between his various series. I suspect she and LeCastel were bumping uglies off screen too, in real life. They certainly have a great ease and familiarity with one another. I found this the best of all her scenes, since it was a one on one with LeCastel and included some passion along with great energy and enthusiasm. As it begins, LeCastel asks her name, and she replies "Andrea.(?)" I believe she is Czech, anyway, she speaks good English, and one of the things that makes this scene so fun is the ways she patiently replies to each of LeCastel's silly questions. "So is good?" "Mmm, yes, is good..." "You like?" "Oh yes, I like..." After a bit of mish fucking, Venus works a bunch of vaseline up her butt with her fingers, before standing over LeCastel and dropping down into a squat for some beautiful reverse cowgirl anal. She proceeds to take him deep in several postions, with evident pleasure. Venus has never looked better.

Next, Robert Rosenberg and another guy wait in small room, until blonde Shanon comes in. She's pretty, with a nice tight body, but after seeing her in several movies (she has a good scene with Nacho Vidal and Claudia Janson in Please! 9), something about her turns me off. I think it is because, whatever her true intelligence, she has a face that is cute, but suggests that she is none too bright. But she always fucks with pleasure and enthusiasm, having fun even during anal. Here, she gets DPed and LeCastel even gets blown a bit.

Next, Mika and Sara wait in a room until Yves LePrince, some German scumbag I've seen in German-made pornos, and another guy appear. Mika is a slender, pretty blonde, whose face looks noticeably worse from certain angles. She fucks with good energy, and faked enthusiasm, and has only a bit of trouble. Sara is short, with very tight, slightly thick body. She's quite plain, though cute, and in The Matador 3, LeCastel informs us that she is 34. She certainly isn't a scared kid just arrived in the big city, rather, she is an experienced perfermer with a rubber asshole who takes deep anal poundings with apparent pleasure in many movies (for example, Rocco Ravishes Prague 2 and True Anal Stories 13). She may not appeal to everyone, but I enjoyed her here, as she gets well stuffed.

Now come the real treats. We see Monica Sweetheart lying on a bed with LeCastel and Rosenberg. This was my first ever exposure to her, and it was lust at first sight. This was shot shortly after her 18th birthday (June 23, 1981), but she may well have done some porn previously for markets where under 18 performers are allowed. I say that because she fucks with very good energy and enthusiam, and has little trouble with the anal (something she has admitted elsewhere that she doesn't really enjoy). She already is quite comfortable on camera, and now, almost two years later, is a legend in the making thanks to shooting scenes in the USA for Zane (Ass to Mouth 2) and the 'bolics (Bring'Um Young 4 and Unnatural Sex 4).

LeCastel and Rosenberg take turns analling her, and do a DP, and at one point, LeCastel twice tries to get Monica to give him ass to mouth head, which she rejects (she does it in later movies). This is amusing, and may have been done for intentional comic effect, since Monica can be quite funny when a director allows her to open her mouth (she speaks very good English, which helps).

Later, LeCastel is quite stressed out, probably from going entire hours without inserting his cock somewhere in a woman. LePrince brings a guest into the house to relax him, and it proves to be Lea DeMae, who is making her first appearance of which I am aware. She was another revalation at the time, and went on to make many movies (often with Monica, besides Ass to Mouth 2, see the much better The Academy, from Private, and Up N Cummers 91), and become a star on both sides of the Atlantic. Here she looks innocent, but I now realize that she always looks that way (not a problem!), and I only believed she might be in over her head due to her newness to me. In fact, she loves anal sex, and looks hot getting analled and DPed by the two Frenchmen. By the end, her face is drenched in splooge, but she has a big smile for the camera. Whatever is going on in her head, she never fails to give a great, enthusiastic performance.

For the last scene, Shanon is back, along with "Beatrix" who is actually longtime LeCastel coworker Kathy Heart (Katy), who is also in Assman 11 and The Matador 3, among others. She's yet another veteran of The Academy, and as "Brittany" stars in Teen Angel 1, where Lea also makes a brief appearance.

The premise for the scene is that, after crowning the Queen of Anal in a previous movie, it is time to decide upon the Super Queen of Anal. This was no contest for me, anyone who has seen Kathy Heart take Lexington Steele, Mr. Marcus, and Omar up her butt (one at a time!) in Up Your Ass 15 knows that she has no peers currently. Still, Shanon makes a valiant effort, as both girls get analled and DPed by Rosenberg and the other guy from scene 2. The women handle the action with relative ease and with decent enjoyment and energy.

The DVD release is capped off by a good photo album, and the usual Anabolic previews. This is some of LeCastel's best work, and a major improvement over the hags and uninspired action in Assman 9. Later volumes aren't on DVD yet (they should all make it by early 2002), but I know from the VHS that things are as good or better in Assman 14-16. I Assman 12 when it was new on VHS, and have been eagerly awaiting the DVD. Even if you don't care for the LeCastel style, this one is worth checking out just for the Monica Sweetheart and Lea DeMae scenes.
