Review brief: This recent Wicked feature tells the story of Alli, a girl down on her luck, who gets picked up by the wealthy Stuart and put through a series of "tests" designed to empower her sexually. Coming across as a modern re-working of The Opening of Misty Beethoven, with a splash of Pretty Woman, this Wicked feature is well-acted, well-shot, and engaging, even though some of the sex scenes dont quite heat up the screen as they should. Recommended for fans of Wickeds recent features, and Alektra Blue, who does some of her best work here.

Sounds too good to be true, and it would be if it weren't for some fun performances, a truly bizarre sex scene with Patti Cakes, and a kick-ass song.

Review brief: Evidence that Randy Spears is honing his craft as a director this is well-written, tightly structured, and for the most part well-acted. Some pretty dark themes are explored, and I appreciate the films efforts to depict sex work in a positive and woman-centered light, while also addressing the accompanying work hazards. A good choice for Stormy fans, as well as couples interested in a feature with dark themes.
