Review brief: This is a decently done nurse themed release. Most of the action is solidly above average, with only Bella Blaze falling short. The technical aspects show some decent care, and there's some nice effort put into the extras with a great collection of behind the scenes interviews lasting nearly a half hour. It's hard to expect anything too great with a title like Big Breast Nurses 4, but this release delivers pretty much the higher end of what one should expect.
