Neighbors 2, The (Sweet Sinner) Review

James Avalon directs and co-writes THE NEIGHBORS, VOLUME 2 (2012, Sweet Sinner, Mile High Media-Canada) with cover sleeve stars India Summer and Evan Stone sharing a "real lovemaking, real orgasms" sex scene as well as another scene each with younger performers. Lily Labeau delivers a terrific scene in this other wise sloppily told tale of squatters trying to black mail a fading action film star that lives nearby. No condoms. Wide screen. Nearly three hours long.

Jessica (thin, pale blonde Avril Hall) has her doubts about Lando (Xander Corvus) and Natasha (India Summer) from the get-go as she and Lando arrive together to stay with Natasha. Her doubts fade as the duo play some tennis and happen to meet the neighbor Chloe (Lily Lebeau) who is sunbathing at the neighbor's pool. Soon, the neighbors get together for a cook out that also includes Natasha and Chloe's father Billy, (Evan Stone) a fading action film star with three recent flops to his credit. A seemingly star-struck Natasha takes a house tour with Billy and soon lands in his bed.

India Summer and Evan Stone perform in a nearly 40 minute opening sex scene that's a solid bedroom romp with wonderful dialog and foreplay at the outset. India wears sexy black heels for most of this straight sex encounter that features terrific cowgirl positions, kissing interspersed, and a cumshot dropped on India's tummy for the finale---!!!

Lando skips a tennis match in favor of sunbathing with Chloe, which leads to a late night rendezvous with Lando paying Chloe a visit in her room.

Lily Lebeau and Xander Corvus deliver a wonderful 34 minute bedroom romp with solid straight sex action that gets a boost from Lily's cock sucking skills on display throughout the scene. Why not a facial for the finale?---!!! 1/2

Jessica over hears that she's a pawn in a plot to bribe Billy then slams the door (really loud) on her way over to his place. Meanwhile, the oblivious plotters suck and fuck in a white room with plenty of natural light.

India Summer and Xander Corvus deliver another fine bedroom romp here but it's the third one and it all too resembles the others. These characters have just been exposed as frauds and game players so why not have India Summer be a bit nasty here. Instead, the duo perform in solid fashion in a bedroom scene that again mixes straight sex positions and and a cumshot on the tummy---!!!

Jessica tells Billy about the plan hatched by the squatters across the street so Billy fucks Jessica instead of calling the cops.

Avril Hall and Evan Stone suck and fuck in a gym environ. A wonderful upright mish session ensues with the leggy Avril perched atop the controls of a treadmill. The duo land on black mats for a more typical suck and fuck encounter that's bathed in natural light from the many surrounding windows. Cumshot on the tummy again---!!!

The lame ending to this flick drops the overall rating of THE NEIGHBORS, VOLUME 2 (2012-Sweet Sinner, Mile High Media-Canada) as Avalon and company do little else but deliver those "real lovemaking, real orgasm" scenes that don't always fit in the grand scheme of things story-wise. For example, that third bedroom romp should have been a much shorter encounter in the feature especially since these two performers had performed in prior sex scenes. Then, include the full encounter as a bonus scene that in turn gives the special features (a BTS, a few trailers and a brief slide show) a much needed boost. So, THE NEIGHBORS, VOLUME 2 stops by for a final !!! outta !!!!!
