how many trailers are here, it's a credible
estimate).
"Private DVD Sampler 3" features somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 trailers; there's considerable overlap with the second Private DVD sampler, but this newer sampler include trailers for DVDs like "The Last Muse", "Italian Flair", "External Ecstasy", and "Sex Opera." I've only seen a few of the recent batch of Private DVDs, and the trailers for them come across with more excitement than the movies did. These newer titles I've watched seem to place more emphasis on plot than older ones did, and this is reflected in the trailers (they're showier, with less sex and more depictions of leaden plotting and poor acting). Still, you can get a fairly good idea if a title may interest you from these clips, and if you don't have the previous Private sampler already, I'd recommend picking this up on the cheap to help you decide if you'd like a better look.
(The listing on the back of the cover is a trifle misleading; not all titles displayed have a trailer included here. Those with multiple volumes, like "The Pyramid", "Tatiana", etc., have only one trailer; other titles, like "Sex Voyage", "Weekend in Bologna", and a few others, have just the cover art displayed.)
It's kind of a moot point to mention the sex, outside of the three (apparently) full-length scenes; there's just about everything in the way of hetero sex you can imagine depicted here, with facials, anals, DPs, etc., all widely present in short flashes. There's also a bit of kink (none of it hard) on display, too, but this is title dependent.
As you'd expect of what's essentially a collection of clips from so many different movies, the A/V quality varies; I wouldn't consider any as having an unacceptable presentation, but a few of the trailers for their earliest titles don't have as sharp a picture as do those released in the more recent past. I should also mention that the disc wouldn't let me fast-forward through the trailers; this function wasn't disabled for the sex scenes.
About the three sex scenes included: these appear to be full scenes excerpted from the following titles: "No Sun, No Fun", "The Academy", and "Amanda's Diary." The "No Sun, No Fun" scene here features a couple in a beautiful setting in the mountains, tame sex and average A/V quality, with no music. The scene from "The Academy" is with four women and two men, includes a couple of DPs, improves on the A/V quality, and also has no music. The "Amanda's Diary" scene has two couples going at it below deck, with DPs for both women; it's hotter than the previous two scenes and features music, but the lighting for this is a little dark, unfortunately. All three scenes end with facials.
