He goes for a much stronger fresh talent feeling than in the previous installments, which I think will make many enjoy it much more. Smash is caring enough to give their movies an anamorphic widescreen transfer now, but it looks a little too soft here. They also care enough to put some nice effort into their extras, and help out the overall DVD with a nice behind the scenes featurette.
