This is one of Privates earlier releases to DVD, but I have only just got my hands on a copy, and how eager I was to see it too!! I was hoping that it would be in Privates usual excellent style and in the same vein, and sure enough it did! This is the third enstallment of the Tanya Hyde series, the others being Extreme Desires and Twisted Dreams. London Calling follows in the same style, being rather obscure and catering primarily for those who like their movies with a fetish element. This movie has 5 scenes in all, with very interesting titles to wet ones appetite and are located in various settings inspired by S&M roleplay. There are 4 girls featured in this movie, the main focus being on the beautiful actress Monique Covet and abley supported by Bettina, Chantelle and Ingrid Suede.

Tanya Hyde's London Calling Directed by Tanya Hyde Overall Impression This is still a good movie, but I found it very dissapointing in comparision to Hyde's other works. Her work is highly stylized, but this is the first time I felt she sacraficed style over substance. There is still some fantastic imagery and original porn captured in Hyde's tradmark style, but the sexual heat just did not seem as hot in this one. Scene 1 "cunt clinic" Monique Covet & Bettina This one starts off with some nasty girl/girl action with Covet, Bettina, and some kind of dentist chair . Eventually a guy shows up, Monique places a penis pump over his cock and starts pumping. Bettina takes over and starts sucking away on his cock, as Covet inserts a stainless steel rod into his ass. There seems to be at least one scene like this in every Hyde film, so consider yourself warnned.

This is not a new DVD, but no one has apparently posted a review, so here are some comments. London Calling continues in the same vein as Tanya Hyde's two earlier Private videos (Xtreme Desires and Twisted Dreams). There are five scenes featuring Monique Covét along with Bettina, who has been in quite a few Private productions, and the less familiar girls Ingrid Suede and Chantelle. The cocksmen are billed as Tony di Sergio, Kevin Long, Roy Rogers and Tony Gold. The editing is in the same style as in the previous videos: induced graininess, jerkiness and false colours alternate with snippets of more ordinary video, and everything is accompanied by driving techno beats and dubbed moans. Beyond the fetish clothing and settings, the sex itself is not that daring or outré. However, the style is original enough. In fact, the Tanya Hyde productions are just about the only ones coming from Private I find interesting at all.
