Review brief: "Before They Were Stars" from Mofos is a decent compilation with hot girls in their beginnings but also one compilation that goes in the greedy side with only five scenes, I understand the studio want to make a buck and there's nothing wrong with it, but I think if you give some more scenes, you will move three times the product as if you do like this, 5 scenes let's say you sell 100 copies with 5 scenes, good, if you double the scenes 10 scenes and sell 300 copies, did you make more money or not?, BTW the scenes are already paid off, so all the money is extra, enough math for the day for me. You decide on this one.

Review brief: Well before I get too into this review, will need to point out that there were some technical issues with the DVD and has to mess around before I could watch this one. I'm guessing this was just my luck, and I am sure they are not all like that. As I said earlier, it was a blast from the past, with seeing Robby D behind the camera once again, and I am glad to report the issue with the camera movement was not an issue that kept creeping into the movie. But I think we need to finally talk about Missy, the lady this movie is all about. We get some anal play and even get to witness her first and only DP. I will say that this showcase was shorter than most, with a run time of about 90 minutes and I would say that there are a few scenes that I wish were a little longer, especially the BGG with Vicki and Ramon. I was also surprised by the lack of tease montages before the scenes.

And not only do we get 4 scenes, with a few first, but we also get a whole second disc, chock full of special features, all about giving us the viewers a peak into the world of Abella Danger. And we mist give them props for the extra effort for that. But when it comes to the sex, the real reason we are checking this out, that is where I think things fell a little flat. So much potential, with only the scene with Manuel, big surprise, that seemed to shine, no pun intended. I am sure this will get some AVN love in the showcase category, but it's going to have some stiff competition from some other studios.

Review brief: Once again AE Films has given us another spotlight/showcase movie on another lady somewhat new to the industry, although in this case, I don't think she's nearly as fresh off the bus as Megan was. This time we get to focus on Scarlet Red, a lovely blonde with a killer smile and natural body. I was lucky enough to interview her last year at AVN, and was glad to she had a great personality to go along with that body. I would say a nice little introduction to this lady, if you haven't checked her out yet. A few technical issues pop up here and there, with a camera that seems to fall behind and has to catch up the action at times. A nice BTS segment wrap up the special features, and once again the box cover states Digital HD, but no evidence on how to redeem that. Review brief: Once again AE Films has given us another spotlight/showcase movie on another lady somewhat new to the industry, although in this case, I don't think she's nearly as fresh off the bus as Megan was. This time we get to focus on Scarlet Red, a lovely blonde with a killer smile and natural body. I was lucky enough to interview her last year at AVN, and was glad to she had a great personality to go along with that body. I would say a nice little introduction to this lady, if you haven't checked her out yet. A few technical issues pop up here and there, with a camera that seems to fall behind and has to catch up the action at times. A nice BTS segment wrap up the special features, and once again the box cover states Digital HD, but no evidence on how to redeem that. You may want to keep the remote control handy, as when she gets vocal, you might have to turn it down a little so the whole neighborhood doesn't hear her moaning in delight.
