Production Date: 9 / 29 / 1997 Director: Nick Orleans Cast: Angela Austin, Jill Kelly, Asia Carrera, Toni James, Christina Angel, Shayla LaVeaux, Brittany Andrews, Roxanne Hall, Raylene, Carlie, Mark Davis, Ian Daniels, Alec Metro, and Eric Price Initial Expectations: Ive seen one scene from The Garden Party in Adam & Eve Signature Series Vol. 1: Asia Carrera . It was very good and I have the same hope for the rest of the feature. Initial Reaction: Although the DVD lacks extras, the movie is beautiful, artistic, and very erotic. It also has a very good transfer. Audio /Video Quality: Adam & Eve also has a Spanish language track. As an American, and therefore speaking only one language as the joke goes, I have no clue if it is well done or not. The audio that I can understand synchs very well with the video. Theres a few parts where the dialogue is hard to hear, but overall its very good. The video is also very clear.

Production Date: 2 / 1999 Director: Bud Lee Cast: Shanna McCullough, Chloe, Johnni Black, Anita Cannibal, Cheyenne Silver, Barrett Moore, Randy Spears, Steve Hatcher, Tyce Bune, Ian Daniels, and The Mystery Man Initial Expectations: As with most other Adam & Eve releases, I wasnt quite sure what to expect other than that it would probably be a couples movie. Initial Reaction: Very good. Its a very good couples movie while also keeping with the western feel. The combination made it a lot of fun to watch. Audio /Video Quality: Average. The picture is pretty good, but it does suffer from some lighting problems. Im torn on the lighting. You can see everything pretty good, but most of the scenes are in rooms lit by lanterns or candles so they wouldnt be that bright. The audio varies. Normally its very well balanced, but there is some dubbing and a few spots where the dialogue is way too quiet. Music: The music seems like it was stolen directly from one of the many spaghetti westerns from the sixties.

Adam & Eve has been really improving their quality and listening to the public lately, so theres some hope here. At the very least it should be two hours of Asia, and that cant be all bad. Initial Reaction: Its a great compilation of Asias scenes, but it the technical aspects could have been done a little better. Audio /Video Quality: Both vary, as its, you guessed it, a compilation DVD. Theres some grain to several of the scenes, which is to be expected, but its still pretty average. Thankfully, some of the scenes are also very clear. Overall the audio is pretty well balanced.

Review brief: NOTE: Simon Wolf Productions is currently being boycotted by many due to having Marc Wallice, who allegedly faked HIV test results and infected others in the adult industry, on staff. Please make your own decision on this subject. Running Time: 88 min. Production Date: July 1999 Director: Bud Lee Cast: Asia Carrera, Alexandra Silk, Anna Malle, Julie Meadows, Rayveness, Cheyenne Silver, Jon Dough, Chris Cannon, Steve Hatcher, Joel Lawrence, and George Kaplan Initial Expectations: I think this is the highest my expectations have ever been for an Adam & Eve release. From what Ive heard its got a great story, acting, directing, and of course, sex. Initial Reaction: It didnt completely meet me expectations, but as I said, I had extremely high expectations. Although it didnt meet my expectations, its still the best DVD Adam & Eve has done. Audio /Video Quality: Both are excellent. The picture is very crisp. The audio is almost as good as the video but shows a few signs of dubbing.

Adam & Eve has done a great job with the Premium Collection DVDs, which also gives me hope for a very good DVD. Initial Reaction: The cast does a great job, but theres something I just dont like with the story. The DVD also seems a little short on extras to be part of Adam & Eves Premium Collection. Audio /Video Quality: Theres a little grain to the picture, but not much. The audio is done well, although theres a few spots where the dialogue is hard to understand. Neither are bad enough that it interferes too much with the movie. Music: The music mostly has a smooth jazz feel. It really fits couples movies well.

Production Date: 23 March 2000 Director: Stuart Canterbury, who also adapted the story to its current form Cast: Sydnee Steele, Nina Hartley, Shay Sweet, Ava Vincent, Cheyenne Silver, McKayla, Amber Michaels, Ginger Paige, Heather Lyn, Nakita Kash, Evan Stone, Michael J. Cox, Kyle Stone, and Nick East Initial Expectations: I enjoy Stuart Canterburys films, and he struck me as a great person to do a Shakespearean porn movie. Adam & Eve can be a mixed bag on their DVDs, but this appeared to be well done. Initial Reaction: A Midsummers Night Cream is a very well done Shakespearian porno. There are a few faults, but theyre fairly minor. Adam & Eve really put a lot of effort into the extras on this DVD, and I think their effort payed off. Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Stuart Canterbury, A Midsummers Night Cream is shot on film, so theres some grain issues. If you want a crystal clear picture, it isnt here.

Production Date:6 / 15 / 1995 Director: Joe D'Amaton & Cameron Grant Cast: Juli Ashton, Deborah Wells, Anita Blond, Valentina, Kelly Trump, Bernadette, Marc Davis, Sean Michaels, Valentino, Attilla, Backey Jakic, & Frank Malone Audio and Video Quality: Both are below average. The picture is one of the grainiest Ive ever seen. In one close-up I could barely tell what I was looking at. Thats pretty bad for porn. The audio is clearer than the video, but still leaves a lot to be desired. Several of the people in the cast are foreign, and it was hard to understand what they were saying. I know that a lot of that was the accents, but a clearer audio would have helped it a lot. Also, several scenes were noticeably dubbed. The sex audio was a mixed bad because many of the scenes didnt have audio other than the music. Music: The music is a light jazz. Its the same kind of music almost any guy would play when a woman comes over that he wants to score with to make her think hes a sensitive guy.

The extras are pretty typical of Adam & Eve's previous releases. Audio Quality: Very uneven. I found myself constantly working the volume on my TV. There's also a few spots which seem obviously dubbed and a few that seem dubbed but aren't that noticeable. Video Quality: Good. Music: The music is soft and romantic through most of the movie. It's also well balanced with the rest of the audio. Initial Expectations: With Raven Touchstone writing, Bud Lee directing, and Temptress and Anna Malle in the cast this seems like a sure winner. Initial Reaction: Pretty average.

Audio Quality: Pretty good. Video Quality: Better than average. Music: Normal porno music. Nothing that stands out. Initial Expectations: Fairly high since it's part of Adam & Eve's Premium Collection, as well as having Nina Hartley and Tina Tyler in it. Initial Reaction: Slight disappointment. Review: I guess Penny (Nina Hartley) and Roger (James Bonn) are on vacation. They stop in a ghost town so that Roger can drain the weasel. While he's relieving himself, Shade (Tony Tedeschi who you know has to be a tough dude with a name like Shade), a homeless guy walks by and doesn't want to go any further.
