Blonde Ambition (Video-X-Pix) Review

Review:
A pair of yokel, talent-show sisters (Suzy Mandel and Dory Devon) looking to make it big in New York, a rich and conniving British heiress and her naive nephew (Eric Edwards), and a mix up involving a long lost, priceless broach all combine and ignite to fuel the fire that is "Blonde Ambition". A very good, adult comedy filmed in the late 70s and from Jon and Lem Amero and Video-X-Pix, this high-budget fuck-flick packs the plot of a low-budget mainstream release of its era into a tight, tongue-in-cheek, pornographic package...and the result is utterly watchable. While the sex isn't as prevalent as it is in today's productions, it's still good enough to get the job done, and the storyline and writing are exceptional, clever, and fun. Those who are accustomed to contemporary gonzo may wish to stay away from this one, but for those who love features and classics, it's the real deal. Rejoice and check it out!

In terms of the sex, Suzy Mandel (hardcore body double) sucks and fucks a farmhand, David Morris, on the hay in a barn (pop on the bum; Scene One). In Scene Two, the super-rich stud and savior, Eric Edwards, beds Dory Devon in the back of his private plane (orally and vaginally), while Suzy (body double) blows and jerks off his chauffeur, R. In Scene Five, Jamie Gillis directs a group of blokes and slags in an onstage, Civil War themed side-by-side suck and fuck session (some pops on tummies). Scene Six pairs up Wade Nichols and Dory at the girls' apartment for some oral and vaginal action (pop on the bush). In Scene Seven, which is intercut with the last, Erica Havens, Suzy (body double), and Ronald Taylor get it on in their living room ice rink (?). "Suzy" gets the majority of the attention here, as Erica skates around. Scene Eight involves the cock-hungry Suzy (body double) seducing the otherwise-gay George Payne in his apartment once his boyfriend leaves (oral and vaginal ; pop on the bush).
