Once again it's time to dive into the AVN nomination pile and check out a movie that really caught my attention and for that, felt like it deserved a full review. I have to say that there is some solid acting all around and I'm a little surprised Casey didn't get some love as well, she played the role very well. And you can also look beyond the acting as well, with some very solid scenes with Aidra, and the threesome with Melissa and Isiah (which got spotlight scene for this one). When it comes to the taboo films, there are a few studios you might think of first, but I think Mike Quasar and Zero Tolerance, did a great job with this one, and worth your money and time. The movie's style and story are perfect for a modern horror movie, and the sex fits into the story nicely with a great cast that definitely knows how to fuck. The technical aspects show plenty of care, but sadly there's no real effort put into the extras. If you think this one is up your alley odds are it's going to be well worth the purchase. Apocalypse X is one of Digital Playground's epic adult movies that a lot of care, thought, and money went into creating. Apocalypse X is visually appealing and the cast does a great job with their characters and with their sex scenes. The director, Jakodema, has done a great job of creating a post-apocalyptic world for the movie. The only shortcoming is the plot seems too rushed through. Despite this, Apocalypse X is still an excellent adult movie. Digital Playground has done a great job with their release with decent audio and beautiful video but has skimped on the extras.
