Hustler has repackaged their two part Arsenic film series into this box set. Given that this film isn't as good as Pierre Woodman is capable of, buying this box set makes a much better value for fans of the film and the cast members. Viewers who like a real plot with their film, nasty sex, very tame sex or hate the intrusion of any form of plot will want to skip this title. Fans of Woodman or the cast members might want to check out the title, but a rental is probably a better choice so if you don't want to watch the film again you don't feel ripped off. Hustler has repackaged their two part Arsenic film series into this box set. I wish the story had been better and the sex scenes had fit into the film better, however, Arsenic - Part 1 isn't a bad film, it's more of an average adult film. Viewers who don't care about a story, but also don't mind the presence of one, and sex featuring a lot of anal, will have the best chance at enjoying this film. Viewers who hate the presence of a plot or like tame sex will want to pass on this title. DVD released: 10/29/2002 The High Octane series is supposed to be plot based film noir centered around themes of danger - much like Kovi's features for Private - but, to be honest, I'm not sure why Patrick Handsome bothers. The plot for this video is so thin I was tempted to give it an "n/a" rating. Not that it matters one bit. All but the most hardcore feature-lovers and raincoaters should be able to find a sufficient number of "redeemable qualities" to enjoy this title - five, to be exact. Typically, your average porn release might showcase somewhere between four to six women, of which one, two or maybe even three might be good looking and the rest only so-so, perhaps worse (varying of course by personal tastes). But have you ever watched a video in which you found every single girl attractive? neither have I ... it would be a gross understatement to call the women in High Octane 9 merely "attractive." Angelina Sweet is the hottest girl in this movie by far. The other girls are pretty average looking, and would probably look even worse if not for some high quality (for porn films at least) camera work and makeup. Also, Asian Shan is pretty hot. The locale and scenery are definitely above average for a porn film. On the other hand, the sex is pretty typical, with the director making sure (usually) to get the requisite oral/vaginal/anal/cumshot in. A lamentable exception is Angelina Sweet's scene - he has left the anal out of this scene, which is very dissapointing considering all of the other girls do it. As well, we don't see nearly enough of Asian Shan, which is dissapointing since the other girls aren't all that hot.
