The other entries from Sutter Cinema's First International Erotic Film Festival that this reviewer has seen all played with the adult film format and were likely made by film students. People Trap is a more standard all sex film with slightly more content than the 8mm loops that were being made at the time, and feels like a more established pornographer made it.
