review from 5/10/2004:
Sin Citys Angels, a 2003 release, swipes its premise from the old TV series and recent hit mainstream movie Charlies Angels. The boss in this case is named Harley, and hes played by Randy Spears. The plot is convoluted, but basically has something to do with stolen paintings. As bad as the dialogue is, it may be the highlight of the flick. The Angels are Aurora Snow, Shay Sweet, and Hannah Harper. But Nikki Vail gets the first sex action. Shes got red/brown hair, bolt-ons, and is a bit on the heavy side. She does Randy in a boring scene that ends with a tit cumshot. Shay steps up next, but her scene with Steven St. Croix doesnt generate much heat. They romp on a couch and end the misery with a pop to Shays fake tits. Remember when she was a fresh, young thing with tiny, natural breasts? What a doll! Steven is back for a tryst with Aurora. Shes still cute and knows how to give great head. They go through the standard position changes before she takes a facial and cleans up like a good little whore. An Asia Carrera sighting is next. Running Time: 90 min. Production Date: March 27 & 31, 2000 Director: Francois Clousot Cast: Asia Carrera, Julie Meadows, Kiki Daire, Isabella Camille, Regina Hall, Alec Metro, Evan Stone, and Michael J. Cox Initial Expectations: Im not sure why, but Im not expecting much from this one even though I should with both Asia Carrera and Julie Meadows in it. Who Should Watch It : Couples and fans of the stars Who Should Avoid It: Raincoaters and anybody looking for nasty sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced for the most part, but the level seems to vary a little throughout the movie. There are also a few moments when the audio appears to be dubbed. The video has a little grain to it, but its not too bad. The biggest problem with the video seems to be that the colors arent always consistent when the picture changes between angles. Music: The music seems pretty average, and ranges from being balanced nicely with the rest of the audio to being quite a bit too loud. [read the full review]

review from 9/2/2007:
When private dick Michael J. Cox is set up, he decides to find out who set him up and why no matter what the risks. Yes, it's an old premise, but director Francois Clousot does a pretty good job with it here. The sex just makes it past the average mark due to a fair amount of dubbed audio and a couple scenes that feel like they could go a little longer, but the story is nicely done. Julie Meadows, Ryan Conner, and Cheyanne all deliver pretty good scenes here (with Julie doing three of them), while Tina Cheri's scene didn't quite make the average mark for me. The technical aspects are pretty average, but sadly there's no real effort put into the extras. If you're looking for a nicely done feature, this one's worth checking out. [read the full review]
