It's kinked-out fun for all when Lorelei Lee, as Barbarella, goes on an interplanetary hunt for a rogue scientist, Dylan Ryan, who's hell-bent on starting a hormonal revolution in their otherwise-sexless world. Such is the case in "Barbarella: A Kinky Parody", a very good production from the fine folks at Kink.com studios. Possessing an intentional (...and well done...) retro-70's flair, this release doesn't take itself too seriously, despite some of its harsher...and dirtier...elements. Indeed, the proceedings manage to maintain a lighthearted air whether it be during simple girl-on-girl loving, a dude getting pounded in the ass with a strap-on, or the heavy use of bondage and domination...and so on. In fact, the only real issue with the disc is that, at times, a couple of the sequences seem a bit drawn out. This, of course, is fairly minor, and--for those interested in both features and/or Kink's particular brand of perversion--this one is still quite worthy of a watch. [read the full review]

In this latest confection offered up by Brad Armstrong and Wicked, I thought I picked out a nice chocolate butter with walnuts....instead I got a raspberry cream, with dark chocolate no less. After reading some promo blurbs and seeing the box cover loaded with all them promising excerpts, I thought I rented a sure fire favorite...I was sorely disappointed. If I ran a porn studio, I would instill RULE #1, on a list of 1, that the girls gotta be at least as hot and/or cute and/or attractive as might be in any other 'real' movie one might wanna rent on a saturday night. After all, hot chicks doing just about anything, is better to look at then Rosie, Whoopi and Oprah cum-swapping...at least I hope it is. Which leads to "Problem 1" I have with the movie. I read the novel some 3 or 4 years ago and I loved the content and themes of it-- kinky S&M and the objectification of women, namely, love slaves. It was an enjoyable novel but I much prefer the "O"-inspired "Sleeping Beauty" series by A.N. Roquelare (a pseudonym of vampire novelist Anne Rice.) "Story of O" feels tame compared to "Sleeping Beauty" yet this movie feels tame compared to "Story of O." And I think that's saying a lot that a porn movie feels less explicit than an erotica book. I know that Adam & Eve is geared towards the softer couples crowd but still, I was hoping for something much more bold. Ok fans time to check out a new one from Vince Vouyer and the big draw to this one for me is seeing Denise K again who just was over here a few months cranking out some scenes.
