Barbarella: A Kinky Parody Review

It's kinked-out fun for all when Lorelei Lee, as Barbarella, goes on an interplanetary hunt for a rogue scientist, Dylan Ryan, who's hell-bent on starting a hormonal revolution in their otherwise-sexless world. Such is the case in "Barbarella: A Kinky Parody", a very good production from the fine folks at Kink.com studios. Possessing an intentional (...and well done...) retro-70's flair, this release doesn't take itself too seriously, despite some of its harsher...and dirtier...elements. Indeed, the proceedings manage to maintain a lighthearted air whether it be during simple girl-on-girl loving, a dude getting pounded in the ass with a strap-on, or the heavy use of bondage and domination...and so on. In fact, the only real issue with the disc is that, at times (...and particularly early on...), a couple of the sequences seem a bit drawn out. This, of course, is fairly minor, and--for those interested in both features and/or Kink's particular brand of perversion--this one is still quite worthy of a watch.

In terms of the sex, Scene One finds India Summer and Wenona duking it out...and then dyking it out...with Dragon Lilly and Milcah Halili on a strange planet just after Lorelei Lee's crash-landing there. The action that ensues is equal parts clothes-ripping wrestling match and equal parts fingers-and-tongues lesbian love-making, as the ladies both fight and fuck one another with passion. It's an odd blend, but it does work out well enough. The heat really picks up when Lorelei, who had been knocked unconscious at the scene's beginning, comes to and tries to escape, but--instead--becomes the victim of the four women's strap-ons. She chokes down their faux-cocks and takes them vaginally before this good sequence comes to a close.

In Scene Two, Chanel Preston, Ariel X, and Aiden Starr, playing the part of lifeless, creepy androids, take advantage of Lorelei after her catpure at the end of the prior sequence. Lorelei is bound (hands and feet) and helpless on the floor at the beginning of this one, and the other ladies take turns forcing her to eat them out and lick their butts by squatting on her face. Ultimately, they unbind her feet--but her hands remain restrained--and they clamp electrodes from a generator to her nipples...all whilst continuing to force-feed her and working her with both an electric shocker and a wand vibrator. What looks like an electric butt-plug also finds its way into her as does an electrically-charged wand to complete the "DP". They also "DP" her with two of the electrically-charged wands, pumping the juice...and the implements...into her body.

Scene Three finds Lorelei in a new location, this time in tunnels deep underground, having been presented to the horned (...and twisted out of her mind...) "Black Queen" (Maitresse Madeline) by a blind servant, Kip Johnson. Kip has apparently broken protocol and is punished soundly by the Maitresse, as he's hung up nude from the ceiling and beaten with a whip. She slaps his cock soundly a number of times, canes it, twists it up with his balls into a "pretzel", and mixes in a bit of pleasure with the pain (...stroking and even a touch of oral...) in keeping things interesting. Madeline is a true mistress, and a cut ultimately has her coaching Lorelei, as Ms. Lee pegs Kip straight in the ass with a strap-on. Madeline also has a strap-on attached to her harness...one that's much bigger than Lorelei's...and it's clear that she was just a warm-up. The Maitresse slides her monster-dong into him next, as Lorelei feeds him her faux-cock and then is rimmed, and a hardcore ream-out ensues. After this pounding, a cut ushers in Lorelei, being made to fuck Kip. The ride-and-grind action persists until she cums and is then ejected from the scene by Madeline, who takes over and--with fingers up Kip's butt--jerks him to a forceful ejaculation. This is wild and crazy stuff!

In Scene Four, things pick up where they left off in the prior segment, with Maitresse Madeline beating the shit out of Lorelei (...hands roped behind her back...) with a cat-o-nine-tails, a cane (...lightly...), and also her hands (...spanking...). Interspersed throughout is oral by the ladies, some high heel torture and worship, and a hefty, deep-four-fingering by Madeline. Ultimately, Lorelei works her way free, ropes up her captor, and turns the table in torturing her similarly. Of course the crazy Queen loves every second of it.

Scene Five brings together Lorelei, in the nude, and her fur-clad captor, Ramon Nomar, back at his lair. This one--while short and almost certainly cut relative to the web version--gets pretty crazy, with Ramon flogging, shocking, and fingering her while she's locked into a pillory bent-over-backwards. Had he fucked her, too, it would have worked out better.

In Scene Six, Dylan Ryan, the fugitive scientist whom Lorelei has been seeking, has Lorelei strapped into a bizarre sex contraption featuring a shocking bulb, wand vibrators, a fucking machine dildo, and milk pumps. The whole thing is supposed to be controlled by a toy keyboard, but Dylan loses patience and takes over on her own when Lorelei continues to enjoy the "abuse". The primary action in this one is the use of dildo fucking machines, ultimately on both ladies and in varied forms. Dylan squirts a good deal (...and heavily...) at times and even drenches Lorelei at one point. There's some oral interspersed throughout the proceedings, and the good times close out with each of the beauties nicely sated.

Bonus-wise, there's a slideshow "Photo Gallery", a "Peter Acworth Bio" (text-based), and about half-an-hour's worth of "Interviews". It's always nice that they reaffirm that everything is consensual, though it's unfortunate that they have to. (Should be implied...)

In all, this flick and its retro-70's stylings are a lot of fun, despite the fact that things get fairly twisted. With a good, quirky, sci-fi plot and all sorts of kinky fetishes and activities represented, this disc certainly runs the entertainment gamut. The only issue is that a couple of the earlier scenes could have been tightened up, as they drag a bit, but this doesn't keep the whole endeavor from still being worthwhile. For the right crowd, this film is recommendable.
