Still, it's hard to believe anyone is really into either of these marathon exercises in the art of the internal -- or occasionally on the doorstep -- pop shots.

Review brief: Raul Cristian enters the Evil Empire with one of the series that gained him plenty of followers on the net. Combine that with no real effort being put into the extras, and you have one of the rare DVDs that doesn't seem to deserve the Evil Empire banner running across the cover. Rent this one before you buy it.

Review brief: This time, Candida takes Femme in a new direction towards that of the black market with the help of co-director Venus Hottentot. There's a very good idea to the story and some nice chemistry to the sex. Unfortunately Candida's usual limitations are on full display for the sex, leaving it feeling boring and often preachy, and with the movie not even clocking in at seventy minutes the movie falls short too. There's a bit of effort put into the extras, but that too comes off feeling a bit preachy and sometimes even a bit staged. There's a bit of effort and some nice ideas behind this DVD, but sadly Candida Royalle gives it her usual kiss of slow withering death.

Review brief: After all the hype I finally had the opportunity to view the DVD yesterday. And I have to say that I'm so incredibly glad I didn't bother plunking down my $49.95 CAD for the DVD. I think some of us have this natural curiosity to take a look a celebs fucking. No matter how famous they were or are. Forgetting that in most cases the videography is usually piss poor. Now, was this DVD was a publicity stunt? And how did it magically make it into the hands of Steve Hirsch (VIVID pres)? Hmmmm...How convenient. I guess it really doesn't matter in the end. You see evidence of some "experienced" video directing during and post-production work. And being that it did spend some time in post-production. Why didn't they do something about the light right there? Any amateur digital photographers out there hear of a feature called "fill-lighting" (among many other typical lighting fixes)? Yet, in taping the sex, they make typical amateur filming mistakes with light. And release it as is. More less. In many instances, the camera is positioned at the headboard of the bed.

Review brief: A (somewhat) QUICK REVIEW: First detail: Transsexual Performers Look Rating is 2.5 This title has been out for about a little over a year, the front cover looks great, but due to circumstances beyond my control, it's taken me a while to get a chance to review this. I almost forgot I had it. So I'll make this review fairly quick, giving enough info to aid in buying or renting decisions if someone should so need it. The chapter index is nice, but makes the scenes look formulaic, like the action follows a script, from the striptease at the beginning to the cumshot at the end, all that's in between doesn't seem spontaneous, as well it shouldn't, I guess. The first thing I notice is the lack of credits identifying who is who to open this movie, and there's no director credited here or on the boxcover. First tranny up is a decent looking brunette, not the hottest, but certainly not the worst I've seen, passable and big tittied with some scarring under from the augmentation. She only has panties on, so her striptease is rather short.

Thompson and Jack Kerouac. I'm going to admit that the only ones on that list I've ever read anything of are Kerouac and Thompson, so hipster and gonzo are covered here. The synopsis reads: "Nowhere Angels" is the story of several young adults coming of age in a burned out wasteland filled with drugs, religions, rebellion, and sex. Measuring their lives in lust, their angels appear from nowhere like messengers sent by the Gods of fornication. Review brief: The Search for Adam & Eve I'm not inclined to dwell too much on this title. It seemed like a good idea, and the boxcover (back) indicated uncut sexual scenes, which I apparently misread to mean that the DVD would contain things not shown in the cable run of this series. Not only are there no uncut scenes that I could divine, but what is shown is marred by blasted mosaics. Anybody who thinks that this is porn leads a very sheltered life. Not that there aren't some warm moments, mostly courtesy of ringleader Carmen Luvana. I'm not into fake boobs, but I have to admit finding her enjoyment of those big balloons to be most arousing. She also infuses the proceedings with personality and attitude. Carmen looks like an angel, but she's still got a lot of street in her.

There's a few background noises, including a few comments from the cameraman, and the audio is pretty well balanced. The video is presented in the full frame format and is pretty well done. There's no really noticeable grain and the lighting is handled nicely. There's also very little camera movement. Almost all of those things go out the window, however, for the third scene.

It's nicely lit with just a touch of grain. Although there's a bit of camera motion, it's smooth and flows nicely around the scene. This movie looks and sounds every bit as good as one would normally expect from Zero Tolerance.

The video is decent, and the audio is generally low. The main problem I have with this DVD is the camera work and editing. It kills a lot of good performances. The only scenes worth watching are Aurora's, which is a great couples scene, and Dani Woodward's, because she is frickin hot. I don't think this one is worth a rental.

Review brief: Raul Cristian enters the Evil Empire with one of the series that gained him plenty of followers on the net. There's a great collection of European hotties here who are more than willing to take up up the ass and get nasty, but sadly the camera work holds it back with a lot of fast jerky motion as well as a soft look that borders on being out of focus. Combine that with no real effort being put into the extras, and you have one of the rare DVDs that doesn't seem to deserve the Evil Empire banner running across the cover. Rent this one before you buy it.

Review brief: This time, Candida takes Femme in a new direction towards that of the black market with the help of co-director Venus Hottentot. There's a very good idea to the story and some nice chemistry to the sex. Unfortunately Candida's usual limitations are on full display for the sex, leaving it feeling boring and often preachy, and with the movie not even clocking in at seventy minutes the movie falls short too. There's a bit of effort put into the extras, but that too comes off feeling a bit preachy and sometimes even a bit staged. There's a bit of effort and some nice ideas behind this DVD, but sadly Candida Royalle gives it her usual kiss of slow withering death.

Review brief: After all the hype I finally had the opportunity to view the DVD yesterday. And I have to say that I'm so incredibly glad I didn't bother plunking down my $49.95 CAD for the DVD. I think some of us have this natural curiosity to take a look a celebs fucking. No matter how famous they were or are. Forgetting that in most cases the videography is usually piss poor. Now, was this DVD was a publicity stunt? And how did it magically make it into the hands of Steve Hirsch (VIVID pres)? Hmmmm...How convenient. I guess it really doesn't matter in the end. You see evidence of some "experienced" video directing during and post-production work. And being that it did spend some time in post-production. Why didn't they do something about the light right there? Any amateur digital photographers out there hear of a feature called "fill-lighting" (among many other typical lighting fixes)? Yet, in taping the sex, they make typical amateur filming mistakes with light. And release it as is. More less. In many instances, the camera is positioned at the headboard of the bed.

Review brief: A (somewhat) QUICK REVIEW: First detail: Transsexual Performers Look Rating is 2.5 This title has been out for about a little over a year, the front cover looks great, but due to circumstances beyond my control, it's taken me a while to get a chance to review this. I almost forgot I had it. So I'll make this review fairly quick, giving enough info to aid in buying or renting decisions if someone should so need it. The chapter index is nice, but makes the scenes look formulaic, like the action follows a script, from the striptease at the beginning to the cumshot at the end, all that's in between doesn't seem spontaneous, as well it shouldn't, I guess. The first thing I notice is the lack of credits identifying who is who to open this movie, and there's no director credited here or on the boxcover. First tranny up is a decent looking brunette, not the hottest, but certainly not the worst I've seen, passable and big tittied with some scarring under from the augmentation. She only has panties on, so her striptease is rather short.

Review brief: Nowhere Angels Prologue An interesting looking video just hit my desk, along with a press release/synopsis that describes it as lit porn, combining elements from writers like Brett Easton Ellis, Thomas Pynchon, William Golding, Hunter S. Thompson and Jack Kerouac. I'm going to admit that the only ones on that list I've ever read anything of are Kerouac and Thompson, so hipster and gonzo are covered here. The synopsis reads: "Nowhere Angels" is the story of several young adults coming of age in a burned out wasteland filled with drugs, religions, rebellion, and sex. Measuring their lives in lust, their angels appear from nowhere like messengers sent by the Gods of fornication. Review brief: The Search for Adam & Eve I'm not inclined to dwell too much on this title. It seemed like a good idea, and the boxcover (back) indicated uncut sexual scenes, which I apparently misread to mean that the DVD would contain things not shown in the cable run of this series. Not only are there no uncut scenes that I could divine, but what is shown is marred by blasted mosaics. Anybody who thinks that this is porn leads a very sheltered life. Not that there aren't some warm moments, mostly courtesy of ringleader Carmen Luvana. I'm not into fake boobs, but I have to admit finding her enjoyment of those big balloons to be most arousing. She also infuses the proceedings with personality and attitude. Carmen looks like an angel, but she's still got a lot of street in her.

This movie looks and sounds every bit as good as one would normally expect from Zero Tolerance.

The only scenes worth watching are Aurora's, which is a great couples scene, and Dani Woodward's, because she is frickin hot. I don't think this one is worth a rental.
