Review brief: Smash Pictures and Jim Powers have done a very good job of making the first entry in the Fifty Shades of Grey series into a two and a half hour movie. The scenes are short, but keep well within the spirit of the movie while trimming down the story quite a bit with Allie Haze and Some Dude in the lead roles. The technical aspects show some very nice care, and there's also some nice effort towards the extras. If you're a fan of Fifty Shades, make sure you pick this one up.

Review brief: This is a good comic porn parody that had the potential to be better. The story is good, the costumes and sets show some nice effort, and the sex works well. Unfortunately Sunny Lane holds things back horribly seeming more than challenged with her lines both in the story as well as the sex portions of the movie. Thankfully the rest of the cast is strong enough to help pull it through. The technical aspects show some good care, and although the behind the scenes featurette lasts nearly an hour it seems vastly overblown. This one's a strong rental.

Work in some nice care towards the technical aspects and the extras, and you have a DVD that's a very solid rental bordering on a purchase.

Review brief: Once again Sam Hain shows himself to be a director of quality over quantity. This is a great noir style feature that works largely due to its pace and style. It's also helped out quite a bit by Tommy Pistol, who not only turns out a fantastic performance in the lead role but also turns out a great scene with Chanel Preston as well as a very hot scene with Andy San Dimas. The technical aspects are excellent for the movie and help it out all the more, and there's also some nice care put into the extras. This isn't a perfect movie, but it has enough going for it in the right places that I can't help but highly recommend it.

Review brief: This is a fantastic end to Asa Akira's series at Elegant Angel. The technical aspects also show great care and there's some nice extra effort towards the extras. This is another must-buy for fans of Asa Akira.

Add in well done technical aspects and some nice care towards the extras and you have a release that's well worth the purchase.

Review brief: This is a very hot homemade style fuck flick. Each scene has a fun little setup for the action, and there's a great playful feeling with plenty of chemistry in each scene. There isn't anything worth mentioning for extras, but that isn't bad here as behind the scenes footage and extra footage might have taken away from the fantasy here. This one's well worth the purchase despite it significantly overstating the run time on the boxcover.

There's also never anything about this one that really helps it rise above the average mark. The technical aspects are weak thanks to a non-anamorphic video presentation, and there's also no effort put into the extras. This one's a rental at best.

There's some nice care towards the technical aspects and extras, but Randi Wright only having a small non-sex cameo left me feeling a bit deceived with how she's listed on the cover. Unfortunately the lack of care towards the overall DVD with a substandard presentation and no care towards the extras holds this one back and leaves it as a must rent instead of a must buy.
