I would say no character is more important to the show than the Rachel character, Lea seems the most well known besides Sue Sylvester and Nicki Hunter really seems to nail it. But back to Rachel aka Lea I'd give big props to Andy San Dimas who took on this role and made it her own with some acting and hello singing pipes! The story for this parody is the glee club needing to get a set list in by the end of the day and this leads to Andy volunteering to do one of the songs. She wants to do an Olivia Newton John song- talk about cheesy! Each character gets a chance to shine in this one. Not all have sex, Samone Taylor doesn't get any this time but after watching this I can bet a sequel's coming and she'll get some dick in that one.
Now the sex is important no doubt, perhaps less so in a parody where you want the story to also carry the momentum which in this parody I think it does it's part leaving the sex to keep up. Nicki Hunter gets the ball rolling with some hardcore lesbian action with one of the students, Miko Sinz. The two get it on in a bathroom and Miko might object to start but Sues rough manner doesn't leave her much choice and by the end Miko's very much into the show. After this we get the two cheerleaders involved taking on Puck for some two on one action- the girls do play with each other which is crucial in any two girl, one guy scene. The main teacher, glee club leader Will Schuester gets in on two scenes the first has him being tempted by Rachel aka Andy but she loses out in this fantasy to Emmy Pillsbury played by Scarlet Fay who really does come close to resembling her tv character. Andy stays there watching but alas no action, was really hoping she'd get in there. Another scene takes us to Quinn hooking up with Finn but we do get Andy involved in the finale where she gets a second chance with the glee club leader Will. The scene was fine but you could tell the dude had some wood issues when he pulled out.
Another important area for this was the music, can't do a parody on a show that emphasizes music and not make it part of the show and this was done well. The use of the Journey song Don't Stop Believin was good and the play words was great in all the tunes. Andy San Dimas leads the way here again with some fine vocal work which might make Lea Michele stroke her pussy in admiration! As for extras this one doesn't offer up much besides a BTS clip which I'd watch to learn a little more about this project. Way to much phone sex ad stuff and putting them right at the start when you put the dvd in is a major no-no and really needs to go. I'm sure there'll be other reviews that will better capture how close this came to the show itself but from me watching one episode and watching this parody I'd say they did pretty good and definitely with Glee being so popular now there'll be another one for sure and maybe some g/g action next time for Andy as well as more b/g loving. For fans of the show I say definitely pick it up as the sets, the actors in this resembling their tv counterpart in looks or how they play the role were all good. The music is there and with some nice tongue in cheek nods to more famous songs make this is a worthy parody.
