Patrick Aubin's 82 minute SHARED WITH STRANGERS aka CUISSES OUVERTES aka MELI-MELO EROTIQUE aka INITIATION A L'ENCHAGISME (1980, VCX-CAl Vista Classic standard frame re-release, 2009) is one of those wacky French swingers flicks that's horribly dubbed. A newly married couple join the swingers scene and that's about it in the plot department; horny hubby John (Jacques Gatteau) jumps right in but his lovely wife Ann (sexy red head France Lomay) takes some convincing.

Ann administers a blowjob to John during the opening credits, lands in a bathtub for masturbation moments with a brush handle, then brings him breakfast in bed and jellies up his prick for foreplay leading to a blowjob and cowgirl. (The opening 12 minutes rates !!!)

Selling books door-to-door, John encounters a swinging couple, Paul and his wife. (Dominque St. Claire) He watches then strokes himself during the duo's upstairs suck and fuck which features Dominique's lovely ass in doggie. (10 minute scene rates a !!! 1/2)

Invited to The Medallion, a swingers' club, John ventures home and tries to open up Ann to the idea of attending, which leads to a blowjob/handjob, cowgirl, doggie and cumshot on her cute tush. (5 minute scene rates---!!!)

John sneaks out to the the Medallion, where he hooks up with Julie (Karine Gambier, a busty, cute but fake blonde) and watches as dancing in the middle of the room turns into a suck and fuck fest between the swingers. The hostess (only known as Deborah) wears a strap on and fucks a cute gal (Sophie Duflot?) then another guy takes over while other suck and fuck action happens around them. (It's a well-staged and shot 15 minutes orgy scene---!!! 1/2)

Still not sexually satisfied, Paul and his wife take John and Julie back to their pad where they dress up the duo in garters and hosiery and clear plastic raincoats for a suck and fuck session upon an arc of pillows upon the floor. (6 minute scene warrants !!!)

Ann worries about John's disinterest in her, which leads to a fight. John consults Julie, who takes a break to suck and fuck a double sided dildo brought over by the hostess. John watches the duo, strokes to their dildo riding then lands a too creamy cumshot that just sorta lands from off camera. (Okay girl/girl action, weak finisher to this 10 minute sequence---!! 1/2)

Julie promises to help John convince Ann to accompany them to The Medallion. Once there, Ann balks at first but soon she's sucking and fucking with the rest of the swingers. (Another solid sequence that lasts about 18 minutes. Look for, I believe, dark haired lovely Mika Barthel in the action---!!! 1/2)

The happy couple John and Ann continue at home with more sucking and fucking that starts in the bathroom and ends up in a few fuck positions on the bed. John wears carters and pantyhose to match his sexy wife's look. (Solid ending to a jam-packed French sex flick---!!!)

So, SHARED WITH STRANGERS (1980, VCX-Cal Vista Classic dubbed, standard frame re-release, 2009) receives a final rating of !!! outa !!!!! for its wonderfully staged sex scenes. The film might have benefited from focusing more on Ann's character and her decision to join the swingers ranks. As is, she just sort of succumbs to the depravity without much coaxing.
