I really wanted to write a full-length review on this title, really I did.  But after sitting down and trying to watch and take notes on it, the more depressed I got over the prospect of spending several hours writing about a gonzo that got on my nerves.  Since the whole road trip, "let's rent a motor home and drive somewhere" premise has been done to death, and since Shane's World pretty much is the yardstick by which all other such rolling sex-fests are measured, my expectations were high -- too high, it turns out.

The first part of the video is the trip up I-15 from LA to Las Vegas in the motor home, and has the best action of the video.  There are a couple of nice bonings while the coach is in motion (Gauge and Mojo, and Alexandra Silk and Dale DaBone).  I especially liked seeing Alexandra naked on the front console as cars stream by on the highway.  I'm not enamored with Gauge and certainly not by her suitcase husband, Mojo, but if you mentally cut off their heads, everything looks fine!

Once they get to Vegas, it's a struggle to stay interested as this porn-on-a-budget production has their "high roller" party in a limo.  While the sex is okay if not imaginative (gee, do you think someone's going to get his dick sucked in a limo full of porn stars with their timecard punched?), I was distracted by the fact that Gauge was drinking and not 21.  I know that porn is not exactly the guardian of morality and legality, but if you're going to Vegas, is it really that hard to get a group of performers that are over 21?  At least then we wouldn't hear the trailer trash whinings of an underage teenager complaining that casino security wouldn't let her stand by the tables.

The rest of the video was really painful to watch.  Maybe it was because the action is pretty average, or maybe it was that I didn't care for any of the ladies that much (either because of immaturity or body modifications).  More likely it was because I desperately wanted Shane or Sky to pop out and shout, "Surprise!  This is really a Shane's World video, and I'm going to make it fun from here on out!"  Again, this is where my bias toward the Shane's World stuff really affects my opinion of this video.  It just has the feeling of a knock-off series, which is just what I thought when I saw Misty Rain's Mistycam series.

Your mileage may very, especially since I have to admit that Alexandra Silk can be a joy to watch sometimes.  It's also a very affordable title, so the budget conscious consumer may just want to pick it up to see if it floats his or her boat.  But as for me, I'm just glad that I didn't have to do a detailed review on this one.
