Private Eyes (Wicked) Review

Quickie Review
I am not going to do a scene by scene break down for this one, astroknight and MLyons both did an excellent job doing that.

What I Liked
This is a light hearted movie with some great sex. All the stars had good chemistry with each other, and for once the male performers looked like they really cared about what the women wanted. Felicia Fox was great as the lead actress, and you can tell she was enjoying her self during the sex and the dialoug. My two highlights were the scenes with Charmane Star with Manuel and Felicia Fox with Nicole Sheridan. Charmane Star and Manuel’s scene was really well done. Charmane was dressed in an Asian type outfit and Manuel acted his part pretty good. It’s been a while since I have been excited about an Asian star(around when Kobe Tia retired), so this scene really got me going. The scene with Felicia Fox and Nicole Sheridan was just a fun scene to watch. Felicia was pretending to be an Hispanic maid in order to investigate Nicole. Little did she know, Nicole expects a lot from the maids in her service. Felicia’s wide eyed look in seeing that strap -is just priceless. Also, her Spanglish during the sex scene was hilarious. “Maria el Sicko” and all the “Si’s” were great.

What I Disliked
The cover is a bit misleading. Seeing it on a shelf, one would think it was a dark/serious type movie. In the future I would suggest something to go more with the lighthearted mood of the movie.

DVD Quality
Camera Work and lighting was superb. Extras include Bonus Scene, Interviews with Stormy and Felicia, Photo Gallery, Trailers. DVD case came with a cardboard slip case which makes it look more professional next to all the other movies on my self.

Overall Thoughts
This is great light-hearted couples fair. The fact that you can tell the actors had a fun time making it coupled with the great sex should go a long way for those who want something erotic to watch without the mood being ruined. The short interludes of story didn’t break the action, just sort of delayed it a little until the viewers were recovered enough for another sex scene. I do wonder why this movie is only available from three online stores. I for one am happy that Wicked is branching out with other directors. Especially when one of them is Stormy Daniels. Her movies are superbly well done and are a nice change from carbon copy videos Wicked has been making for the last couple of years. Stormy realizes that it doesn’t matter where the video is filmed or how much you spend on period costumes, what makes great porn is chemistry between the performers.
