Mass Appeal (Odyssey) Review

Well, I guess I'll start with my overall, and break it down from there;
*Serious lack of heat- It felt obvious that the men were gay actors, the womyn seemed to be just an additive to a gay film rather than a bi-sexual free for all.
*Very few penetration shots, and no lead into scenes- The flow was very jumpy, kissing one moment right into sex made it hard to get into and get the "being there" feeling.
*Lots of razor burn(one of my "I don't wanna see that!" things)-Every scene, razor burned pussies, dicks and even razor burn all the way down one of the guys legs.
*Way too much spitting on pussy's and dicks. (Add that to my list too).- I'm realistic, I know spit makes great lube, but I really do not need to see and hear ptth, ptth, ptth in every scene.
*Weak acting, the dialog was stilted and filled with uncomfortable pauses.(with the exception of Chloe)
*Lot's of bad boob jobs-I sympathize with ya sisters, but that doesn't mean I enjoy looking at them.
*Marginal soundtrack-In some areas, like the first scene they got something going there, a nice jazzy piano that fits nicely, but they seem to loose that thought as the film continues.
*Marginal audio-Especially obvious in the scene around the dinner table. One person is loud and clear, the next is mumbled and unintelligible.
Why is everyone jacking themselves off?!- This was a common theme thru the whole film, there are 3 people here and yet every one ends up jacking themselves to orgasm...??!??

The Breakdown
Scene 1-In the Limo
Let's pick up a stranger, have lot's of bi oral sex and take him home. Weak acting, I liked the little bits of slo mo thrown in, but very jumpy from shot to shot, kind of hard to follow. This scene in particular lacked heat, although it was refreshing to see an all oral scene. Liked the music, didn't like the razor burn.

Scene 2A-The Shower
Butler (T.J Cummings) spies on guest in shower...guess what happens next. This had potential, the fondling and kissing thru the glass of the shower was very artistic and earned my appreciation. There was some heat to this scene, I especially liked the shot where T.J is laying atop Ken with his ass spread open and the water flows across his skin, very nice. Enter Sky with a lame "Would you like a hand?". Although I did like the Sky/T.J tandem cock sucking the scene lost it's heat when they introduced the womyn.

Footnote
Good gads! I was getting dizzy! I think they were trying for a soap opera feel, leaping from one in progress scene to the other and back again but it was too many jumps. Nice idea, poor presentation.

Scene2B-The Pool
Here again, no heat..boring. 2 womyn, enter 1 man, go to it, blah blah blah. T.J Hart did a nice job here, she has a great rapport with the camera, very sexy. Here we hear very distinctly,"Let's see your eyes dear." Oh! I do not want to be reminded that this is being choreographed for a camera and hearing the director just killed any little bit of arousal I was feeling. Moving along...

Scene 3-The Montage
This was a nice piece of work, a little playing with colors, slow arousing scenes..very nice. Scene 4-Around the Dinner Table All I have to say about this was;
*bad audio
*weak acting

Scene 5-In the Bath/Kitchen
I have to give Chloe a kudos here, for what she had to work with, she did a nice job. We find Chloe in the bath, enter T.J Cummings and they try getting jiggy with a 2 way dildo. (now that was funny to watch). Enter Rick Chase and suddenly Chloe is 2'nd (or maybe in this case, 3rd) fiddle. T.J and Rick were so completely focused on one another, even while they were banging Chloe it was sad to watch. Take the party into the kitchen where those lovely beefcakes climb onto the counter to display their bums for Chloe to play with, then we have a brief but hot interlude with a butt to butt dildo bang then Chloe appears with a strap on, and here we see the first penetration shot of the film.

The thing that struck me here was here Chloe is being f**ked and in the background you see one of the men looking very un-enthused and jacking off. (don't they see this stuff when they edit?)

Onward to the D.P.P, what can I say but OUCH! When their jacking off onto her face and tits I laughed so hard, Chloe get's this priceless look on her face and says "Oh! That's a lot!", now that was one piece I was glad didn't end up on the editing room floor, that was classic.

Scene 6-In the Bedroom
We find Ken and Jon Eric laying in bed chatting..jump directly in a B.J. This is a nice scene, a little heat going on here which promptly dissipates as soon as T. J Hart joins in. Again we see while the womyn is playing pin cushion the men are staring lustfully at one another instead of the womyn their cocks are stuffed in.

So I guess you could say overall, I was not overly impressed. There were some nice spots, some areas that had potential and it's a great idea...but some things are better in theory than reality.

Honorable and Dishonorable Mentions
T.J Hart-Not very convincing orgasms, and icky poo ass zits.
Chloe-Especially nice scene in the kitchen with the boys displaying their asses, almost a matronly feel, played very well.
Lauren Montgomery-Great facial expressions, very sexy and non-chalant.
T.J CummingsT.J Cummings-Another one for great facial expressions, very sexy except for the razor burn all the way down the back of his legs.
