Initial Expectations: Due to the fetishwear aspect of the cover, I’m looking forward to this one!

Initial Reaction: It’s not too bad, waitaminute yes it is.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a movie about prostitutes where it looks like the girls are really looking forward to their check.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting anything close to a fetish movie

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects show a bit of the movie’s age. The audio is okay. The balance and level vary during the movie from pretty good to making it hard to hear, with much more of it being the latter than the former. The video is about the same. There’s a bit of grain throughout the movie which seemed very reminiscent of VHS. The lighting varies beyond seeming like Mr. Canterbury’s trying to be artistic and into “I wish this movie had a big enough budget so that I could afford more than just this flashlight”.

Music: The music varies quite a bit. Some of it is slow and very sexy, while other parts come off just as typical nineties porno music. It varies from being nicely balanced with the audio to being a bit on the loud side.

Menus: The menus are okay. The main menu works a little animation around the cover while the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature: Leather revolves around a group of prostitutes. Their firm specializes in leather and lingerie, and the girls are told which they’re to be before they go out. That’s about it for the plot, as it mostly revolves around the calls with the girls bumping into each other between their gigs and trying to fill gigs with somebody.

Morgan LeFay, a bleached blonde with skin that ironically resembles leather, starts things out with Kyle Stone. Morgan throws attitude at Kyle when he surprises her on the way to his door. She tells him she won’t do anything weird, but agrees to do it outside by Kyle’s pool. She lets Kyle try to tune in Tokyo on her implanted tits while tonguing her twat before sucking his cock. Kyle gives it to Morgan missionary style before popping across her tongue and cheek.

This is a lackluster scene. I guess having a scene about prostitution where there isn’t much chemistry and the woman seems like she’s only interested in her check is fitting, but it isn’t always something one wants to watch. This scene hit me through almost the entire scene, as well as a feeling that things were to be kept extremely tame so Kyle and Morgan were afraid to do much of anything.

Implanted Oriental Kia and Paisley Hunter take on each other for the second scene. They’re supposed to put on a show for a client, but when the client doesn’t show they decide they might as well have a little fun since it’s paid for anyway. Kia takes the lead, kissing her way across Paisley’s body before stripping down and letting Paisley reciprocate. The girls finish the natural stuff up with a sixty-nine before breaking out a double dildo and going at it until they both collapse happy and seal things with a kiss.

This is a pretty average scene. The girls look to be into each other decently, but once again the scene feels a bit held back. It’s a very tame scene and never really grabbed me at any point. Both girls are very nice looking, but that’s about all it is here.

Raquel Lace and Ian Daniels pair up for the third scene. Ian isn’t happy about Raquel’s job, and after fighting a bit about it tells her that he’d leave her in a minute if he didn’t love her. This starts both of them giggling and leads into the sex. Raquel sucks Ian’s cock before laying back and letting him eat her while sometimes spanking her pussy with his cock at the same time. Ian fucks Raquel from behind and missionary style before taking it to her ass doggie style and giving her an okay facial.

This is another scene that didn’t really do much for me. Raquel and Ian do have some decent chemistry, but most everything about the scene screamed “decent”. Not average, not good, just decent. Some of this I blame on the camera work for this scene. I often wanted a different angle throughout the scene, such as when Ian was boning Raquel’s ass and you’re barely shown it.

After Raquel Lace flakes on Mike Horner after stripping for him, he hires Spontaneous Xtacy, a meaty black woman with big fat titties, fake nails that look like they could be used to gut a cape buffalo, and a horrible talent for picking stage names, for the penultimate scene. Xstasy sucks Mike while giving him some great eyes before he returns the favor down by her hideously bleached bush. Mike fucks her missionary style and lets her ride him reverse cowgirl style before fucking her tits until he pops.

This is another average at best scene. Mike and Xtacy look like they’re having an okay time together, but low lighting and black people just don’t go good together! The action also has the same detached emotion as the other scenes here.

Finally, Jill Kelly takes on bartender Mark “Dick O Death” Wallice after the bar closes. He tongues her down under before she returns the favor on his cock. Jill moves on to ride Mark reverse cowgirl before moving around gradually to spoon her and then fuck her missionary style. Finally, Mark pops up to give Jill an impressive pop on her face and tits.

This is probably the best scene in the movie, but it still struck me as average at best. Jill appears to get into it very well, and does a great job of playing with Mark’s cock and come after he pops on her face. I’m pretty sure that Jill’s fans won’t be too disappointed by this scene, but it’s not overly impressive either.

The cover for Leather has a picture of Jill Kelly in a leather bikini and collar along with the words “Whip It. Whip It Good”. I can’t help but think that this was what people were requesting happen to the people in charge of this movie after seeing it. The leather or lingerie aspect is barely used here, and what is used seems pretty boring. None of the outfits are especially sexy or racy, nor is the sex, where the outfits seem to come off as fast as possible. The scenes felt as if they were trying to be held back because otherwise some couples might be scared off and had plenty of camera angles that didn’t really show anything. Leather has a good idea, but sadly nobody comes close to really using it here.

Extras: The slide show contains about twenty decent looking snapshots and lacking full screen photos. Overall: Currently, many of New Machine’s older releases can be found online for between $8 and $28 with stores pretty much offering it at both ends. I wouldn’t recommend going much above the low end here, even if you’re a fan of the stars. The movie is tame and boring, there isn’t much for extras, and the technical aspects aren’t quite up to an average level. This is one of New Machine’s older DVDs, but it doesn’t look much different from their current ones.

Note to New Machine: I realize that this is one of your older DVDs. The really sad thing about it is that in the few years since this DVD was released, I can’t really see anything that’s changed about your movies or your DVDs. I can’t help but wonder there’s anything in your parking lot as new as a 1940s pickup or if everything there is Model A’s.
