Gang Bangs (LBO) Review

Review:
When Peter North strikes out with just about every girl whom he knows, he ends up heading to a local strip club, where the bartender regales him with tales of gangbang upon sexy gangbang. Such is the case in the aptly-titled "GangBangs", a (what would have been) very good, 1985 release from LBO and director John Stagliano. Featuring a stellar cast including the likes of Christy Canyon, Nina Hartley, Karen Summer, and Erica Boyer, all gangbanging away, this release could have been awesome. Indeed, what's actually there is awesome. Unfortunately, the version available online at ADE Unlimited (and also at one other legitimate site that I've encountered) is incomplete and cuts off just as things are getting good in Erica Boyer's scene. Intact are the Canyon, Hartley, and Summer offerings, but missing are all of the scenes after Boyer's...along with the vast majority of that one, as well. It's a true shame, and it must be an issue with the source material that's been passed along by whoever originally sold the rights to this film, as it appears in this abbreviated form in more than one disparate location. Obviously, I can't in good conscience recommend picking up a copy of this one...or certainly purchasing a digital version...when it's wholly unknown as to whether the movie will be complete or not. It is fair to say, however, that the action that is there is hot, and this flick was well on its way to at least a four-star rating. A tragedy, I tell you... a true tragedy...

In terms of the sex (that's still there), Scene One finds the gorgeous, big-breasted brunette, Christy Canyon, making the "mistake" of entering a shady biker bar without any panties. Of course, the guys (Marc Wallice, Steve Powers, Nick Niter, Dan T. Mann, and Craig Roberts) quickly smell...and then devour...the fresh meat. Christy ultimately takes plenty of "D" in the gangbang that follows, fucking and sucking the dudes in style. While relatively tame by today's standards, seeing Ms. Canyon in this type of action is worth the price of admission alone. She takes a facial, loads on her tits, and so on in capping off this carnal caper. Hot! In Scene Two, the star performer, Nina Hartley, treats her best (read: heavy spending) clients at the strip club to a special, "after-hours show" in which she lets them run a train on her. The guys (Tony Martino, Tom Byron, Dan T. Mann, and James Miles) give her the goods orally and vaginally upon the stage and around the bar, and Ms. Hartley enjoys a facial, a cum-shot on her backside, and two pops on her tummy and pelvis. Again, not as extreme or as well-developed as modern gangbangs, but still sexy. Scene Three has a few guys (Tom Byron, Tony Martino, and James Miles) hiring a stripper, the slinky blonde, Karen Summer, for their boss, Sasha Gabor (porn's mid-80s, Burt Reynolds look-alike). Of course, Karen does much more than simply dance, as she amply demonstrates by fucking and sucking all of the guys at the office...for a price. She eventually jerks two of the guys off to completion and takes money-shots on her shoulder and backside. Nice! In Scene Four, it's back to the biker bar, this time for the very forward Erica Boyer to take her crack at the guys (Nick Niter, Dan T. Mann, Craig Roberts, Steve Powers, and Marc Wallice). Erica makes her salacious intentions known, and it isn't long before the gang bangs her out. Unfortunately, Ms. Boyer hardly gets some cock in her mouth and pussy before this particular version abruptly cuts off and dies out. (As noted, this has occurred with at least one other legitimate online version of the film on an unrelated site that I've encountered...such a horrible shame...)
