This ground-breaking feature from Evil Angel was shot on 35mm and spans two DVDs, giving us a real story, good acting and high production values that are normally never associated with porn. There isn’t as much sex as say, a Gonzo feature or even some of Private’s output, but the sex that there is, is extreme, sado-masochistic and directed to within an inch of it’s life. This is a very impressive movie, as you really care about that characters and follow the story like you would a big budget Hollywood epic. But for this review lets concentrate on the main sex scenes (but don’t worry, the story only adds to the sex and never gets in the way)…

Scene Breakdown

WARNING: SPOILERS!!!

Scene One
Rocco Silfredi plays a hot shot fashion designer who is hunted down by a new fashion house that want him to buy their creations, but not before introducing him to a world of sex and domination. The first sex scene is when Rocco stumbles upon a girl (Kate Frost) being punished and spanked by her mistress (Taylor St. Claire) in the hotel room next to his. This is a great, sweaty shag-fest and we soon discover Rocco is one wild fucker, as he bangs, smothers and throat fucks the pretty blonde Kate who we first see wearing an all-in-one silver latex outfit (yummy!). Both Rocco and Kate are well up for it and you really get a sense for the heat in the scene. Rocco’s fetish for having his toes sucked is in full force, and we also see some subtle rimming of Rocco’s ass. Concludes with a nice cum-shot over the ripped suit as it smothers Kate’s face. Pretty intense stuff.

Scene Two
We are soon introduced to the real star of the show, the infamous Belladonna, playing a recruit of the Fashionistas design house named Jesse, who we soon find out is in a lesbian relationship with Fashionistas owner Taylor St. Claire, playing Helena. At first we see Belladonna do a lovely dancing strip tease whilst watching herself being sado-masochistically abused on a TV screen. Bella has a great body, but the scene is a little disturbing at first, until Taylor turns up and dominates Bella with a bit of ass-to-face smothering, and then a long sequence of toy play where we get to see Belladonna’s famed anal abilities put to the test. I really enjoyed this scene, as it is not only very erotic and sensual, but also tells us a lot about the characters, and is an essential part of the story. The stand out moment is when Taylor tries to shove a massive glass dildo up Bella’s ass – ouch!!

Scene Three
Rocco is soon drawn into Fashionistas’ world when he is presented with a ravishing three girl fuck. At fist he fucks both Friday and Sharon Wild (each presented submissively in gorgeous S&M gear) and gets them to suck his toes, deep throat him as he fucks their faces. Intense sex that is soon joined by Taylor St. Claire who dominates Rocco with ass and tit smothering until he eventually gets to fuck her so hard, she looks truly exhausted by the conclusion. This is a stunning, drawn out and passionate conclusion to this epic’s first half, and Taylor St. Claire looks beautiful, dressed in a red body suit that makes her perfect ass and large natural breasts look truly amazing!

Scene Four
We soon learn that Jesse (Belladonna) has a secret agenda and is after Rocco for herself, by introducing him to her altar ego by way of secret Easter-eggs on promotional DVD’s she makes for the company. He discovers her in a sequence that many will find a little hard to watch, and shows why Bella is the name that she is…she’s in a cage-style room with two guys, all dressed up in fierce-looking S&M gear, her face concealed under a rubber all-over mask, and we see her tortured with clothes pegs to the nipples, chains on her most intimate regions, pegs pinned to her lips, and more. Then we progress to what I would call, the most intense and eye-popping blow job sequence I have ever seen. Bella sucks both guys fantastically, twisting her back and deep throating until she gags. Her energy and passion for the sequence is amazing, and proves Belladonna as one of the industry’s premier performers. Probably the second-best scene in the whole film!

Scene Five
The next three encounters all take place one after the other. First we get a brief group sex party at a club where Taylor is presenting a fashion show in the hope that Rocco can get his agent (played by Caroline Pierce) to sign up the designs. She’s at first sceptical until she is given a good fucking by Rocco’s assistant in the back room, where we also see a lovely black girl (Monique) dressed up in weird pony-like outfit, sucking and fucking a guy with probably the biggest cock in the film. But it’s the sex between Caroline Pierce and Rocco’s assistant that is the focus, and we get lots of pussy-eating, anal and ass-rimming in one of the film’s other great couplings. Nothing about the sex gives you any doubt that both performers are really into one another, as we see Caroline get gagged with rope and face-fucked, as well as the recurring face-slapping. Concludes with an average pop-shot to Caroline’s mouth.

Scene Six
Rocco is lead into another room by Taylor St. Claire, this time joined by two other girls (including the luscious Chelsea Blue), and he is dominated rather cruelly, as this is Taylor’s revenge for Belladonna’s attempts to seduce him. He is smothered and abused, but gets his cock well and truly sucked, slapped around and teased, then he’s tied up and blindfolded. This leaves him free for Bella to make her move, and she ravishes Rocco when Taylor and her two friends leave the room, and wow – what a fuck! Everything that has gone before has lead up to this moment, and you will only get the full effect if you see the film from beginning to end. Bella is beautiful, this time naked and shows off her natural body, complete with tastefully placed tattoos and clit piercing. Rocco is really into her, and fucks her with a passion not previously seen. There’s no subtlety – and it makes for the hottest scene in the film – especially when he fucks her in the ass, and she’s screaming with passion and pain! As I have said before, Bella is a fantastic performer, and this time with Rocco, probably the biggest male porn star around, their chemistry is unmistakeable. A superb conclusion to a superb film.

I have purposely been a bit vague about positions and the sex acts featured in each scene – as I wouldn’t want to spoil it for anyone, because overall, if you don’t mind a bit of roughness (that never goes too far) and a story that actually makes sense, then this is simply essential. What sites it actually holds under its lid are for you to discover.

DVD extras
Wow – what a package! As well as a 280 minute feature we also get a full soundtrack CD and an extras disk. On the extras (that also span all three DVDs) we get a nearly 2hr making of, lots of behind the scenes stuff, outtakes, photo shoots, picture galleries and even some hidden stuff. As well as a nearly full-length audio commentary by Taylor St. Claire, Belladonna and Director John Stagliano (which is fab despite a few long bouts of silence!) we also get filmograhies for all the major stars!!

Final thoughts
I was really impressed. I had wanted a few more sex scenes, but the six major fuck-a-thons we are given rank as some of the best sex ever put on film. It isn’t as sexy as I generally like, due mainly to how rough and masochistic the scenes are, and didn’t really want to masturbate to it (with the possible exception of Rocco & Bella’s final scene), yet it is so well made, and has so much to offer, any gripes almost disappear into insignificance.
