Fallen Angel 2: Descending Review

When Fallen Angel 2 was first released a while back, it was hailed by critics as one of the best leather pics of the year. But a few weeks after its release, complaints from customers started popping up on the internet. People were put off by the overuse of MTV style editing, superimposed images, and strobing color effects. Sure, as art, it looked great, but for porn, it was hard to tell what was going on with all those special effects. In an unprecedented move, Titan went back and re-edited Fallen Angel 2, promising to leave out most of the artsy fartsy stuff, and concentrate on what people really wanted to see: hot, leathery mansex. Thus the “hardcore sex edit” was born. Luckily for us DVD owners, the original version never made it to DVD, so you don’t have to worry about what version you are getting.

Things start out with Kyle Branden and his new slave, Alex Stone, sitting back and watching a big leather orgy unfold. There’s a whole lot of sex going on, and I only recognized a few guys (like the Mike Roberts and Josh Parez pairing). I loved Josh in Tag Team, and he looks great here getting his ass eaten out then fucked by Mike. After a little while, Kyle can’t help but butt in on the action, and sandwiches himself between two hunky guys. Someone stuffs his tongue into Kyle’s luscious ass, and before you know it, he’s creaming all over someone else’s armpit.

Next up is the sexy Thomas Lloyd and latino Damon Page. The previous orgy was great, but it is nice to be able to concentrate on just two guys for a while. At first, he’s just gently smacking Jackson on his back, and I thought “how lame!” But then the master starting really cracking the whip on Jackson’s back, and for some reason, I popped a rock hard boner! I couldn’t believe I was getting turned on by this. But hey, Jackson sure seemed to enjoy it, so why can’t I? This scene is definitely not for everyone, but for some perverse reason, I enjoyed seeing a big butch manly man like Jackson reduced to tears (only because I knew he really loved it!)

And we go back to the orgy again, this time concentrating on Harold Craig, and two guys I don’t recognize (one is wearing a gas mask!) Harold is a real bossy top, and loves to slap around that little bottom boy like the bitch he is. It’s mainly jerkoff action here, but it is fun watching that little guy get slapped around.

Kyle Brandon is back again (yeah!) and gives his slave Alex what he’s been waiting for since the movie started. Tripp Doyle watches on as Kyle starts working his slave boy over. There isn’t anything particularly sexual about it, and it’s kind of an odd way to end a movie. I probably would have preferred another big balls to the walls orgy, but I guess that can wait until Fallen Angel 3.

As a rule, leather films usually leave me limp. They generally seem like they’re filled with L.A. pretty boys who look like they’re playing dress up. Not so with Fallen Angel 2. These guys love their leather, and it shows. For fans of the genre, this one is a no-brainer. If you’re not a fan of leather, you may want to check this out anyway. Even the purist of Vanilla boys needs to release the sexpig within every now and then. Fallen Angel 2 may fizzle out a bit towards the end, but it is still one hell of a ride!
