Review:
“Elvis XXX: A Porn Parody” is an excellent production from Vivid and Axel Braun that parodies the life of rock icon, Elvis Presley. The delivery mechanism employed is that of a documentary style in which people who “knew” Elvis are interviewed just prior to the relevant scenes of the film. Overall, this works well, and it also lends something of a comedic tone to the goings-on. Furthering this comedic tone are the clever acting of the various participants and also the song parodies that pervade the production. Interestingly, I could watch the Main Menu—which has Dale DaBone as an older Elvis singing an X-rated version of one of Elvis’ songs on top of a black background—about ten times before getting tired of it. Intriguing… To top this off, there is a good deal of authenticity in this production, as the costumes, settings, makeup, etc. all come off as period-appropriate. Of course, when it boils down to the nuts and bolts (*ahem*), what’s most important is the sex—which is generally very good to excellent—so no worries there at all.
In terms of the sex, not only do we get to see Elvis (both young—Jay J.—and old—Dale DaBone) slipping the beef injection to various women (Ann Margaret—Lexi Belle, Priscilla Presley—Andy San Dimas, and a Marilyn Monroe imposter—Codi Carmichael), but we also get to see the likes of James Dean (played by James Deen) and Mohammed Ali (played by Tyler Knight) lay some pipe. Indeed, the fucking is a star-studded affair in this production, and it all goes over quite well.
In Scene One, Jay J. (young Elvis) takes on Lexi Belle (Ann Margaret) on a stage with a drum set on it. The parodied song and antics prior to the sex here are comical, and the doggie-style and reverse-cowgirl positions are the highlights of this very good romp. Closing out the festivities is a facial for—and oral cock clean-off by—Ms. Belle—very good segment! Scene Two brings together James Deen (James Dean) and Jessi Palmer (Natalie Wood) in a backstage area for their romp. Elvis’ singing has gotten the two fired up, and the encounter that ensues is of very good quality. The reverse-cowgirl and side-entry positions that are employed serve as a nice prelude to the steamy rimming, anal-fingering, and anal sex (multiple positions) that follow. This sequence culminates in a facial for Jessi and some oral cock clean-off—very solid scene!
In Scene Three, Jay J. (Elvis) takes Andy San Dimas (Priscilla) on their wedding bed following getting hitched. The side-entry, cowgirl, and pile-driver action are amongst the better moments of the romp, and this joyous portrayal of marital bliss finishes off with Jay shooting a load out of the pile-driver position on Andy’s hair, face, and neck—as well as on the floor and her wedding dress. Andy tastes a bit of his seed, and the scene comes to a close—excellent material! Scene Four is another exceptional one—this time involving Tyler Knight (as Mohammed Ali after having taken one too many punches) and two girls that Elvis “loans” to him—Asa Akira and Jessica Bangkok. Taking place in a boxing ring, the interracial sex that’s presented here is generally scorching, with some hot double-blowjob work (spitting, throating, and some gagging) and the sexy oral / vaginal combinations being the highlights. The ending is equally amazing, as Tyler pops in Jessica’s mouth, and she and Asa cum-swap it back and forth a good deal—awesome!
In the final sequence (Scene Five), Codi Carmichael plays the part of a Marilyn Monroe imposter that Alec Knight (Elvis’ driver and stooge) brings home for Dale DaBone (older Elvis). The environs for this segment are a fancy, period-appropriate Vegas residence, and the lip-stick-smeared romp that unfolds falls in the very good-to-excellent range. Amongst the high-points in this one are the oral / vaginal combinations that the trio employs, and the whole endeavor caps off with Codi taking a cum-shot in the mouth from Alec, followed by another on the face / mouth from Dale—nice!
In terms of bonus materials and other items, it should be noted that the FSC anti-piracy PSA plays upon inserting the disc, though this can be skipped—if I recall correctly—by hitting the “Menu” button on the remote. The production values are very good—solid resolution (though soft in a couple of areas) and good camera angles, editing, etc. There’s a “Behind the Scenes” featurette that is cool, interesting, and ~30 minutes in length, and there’s a “Non-Sex Feature” that plays through the plot elements without the sex. There are also options for “Previews” (choice of four) and “Vivid Extras” (advertisements).
In all, this disc is highly recommendable—not only for its heat but also for its comedic value and authenticity. As I noted recently regarding the “Superman XXX…” parody by Mr. Braun, doing these things right takes a certain level of skill…and only a few possess it. Fortunately, Axel Braun is one who does.
