Driller: A Sexual Thriller XXX Review

Zombies! Werewolves! Psychos! Pop Stars! These things and more are in DRILLER: A SEXUAL THRILLER (1984/2010---Devil's Den) that "notorious sex horror classic" that's sort of a parody of Michael Jackson's music video, Thriller. Fans of the original video might want to take a look at the first third of this 83 minute musical mish-mash of dance, horror and sex but most will find this undertaking silly and strange.

Tajia Rae plays Louise, a fan of superstar Mr. J. (an MJ imitator that can't sing but has a few dance moves) and most of the film is an extended dream sequence with her character awakening to Mr. J at her door with his limo broken down outside. It all looks okay in standard frame format.

At a concert, Mr. J performs an encore of a tune called 'Hot Star' with audience members responding with lit sparklers and a gal taking off her shirt. Louise and Dan (Dick Howard) are two nerds at the performance. They head back to her parents' house where Dan fucks Louise on the couch. Dan gets to say "suck my wanger" and Louise says pissed off stuff like "hurry up, Dan" and "you're hitting my bladder" then she uses both hands to block his cum shot shot directed at her face. Louise sends his nerd ass home and he's never heard from again---!

Louise goes to bed but zombies tear down the paper walls of her room and dance to the 'Just a Driller' tune until Mr. J enters the room, climbs on Louise's bed and turns into a werewolf. He mish fucks Louise with his over-sized schlong that spins and sounds like a drill as he spews "I'm your driller man." The cum shot contains an illustration insert that leads to black tar-like droplets splattered on the lovely Louise's body---!!!

Louise wanders through a dream world where she encounters a number of goofy things including Quazi-Modo, a hunchback, who assists Esmerelda in squirting, two guys in black, who fuck a blonde to some background chanting and a couple of gold painted females who share a lit dildo in a 69 clench. It's all a bit dark and a bit rushed, too---! 1/2

Mr. J shows up again for more dancing that introduces this dark orgy sequence with a masked fellow that looks like Dick Nixon, as in President Nixon. This character says dumb ass stuff like "give me some of that tricky dick action" but what's the point? Nixon resigned in 1974 so why does this stupid crap surface 10 years later in a porn movie that's suppose to be a parody of a horror music video?---1/2!

Louise watches more dancing and succumbs to 4 dudes who ravage her in a swirl of goofy fog effects. A dude mish fucks her then drops a load on her pussy then a trio hold her head while another dude doggy fucks her. A member of the trio sneaks in a nice facial then Louise eventually awakens from her dream and answers the door to find Mr. J there, which is a nod to the original music vid. Tajia Rae shows off her hard core chops in this scene and it's worth a look---!!!

Bonus features include a solid 25 minute interview with wacky producer Timothy Green Beckley, who also engages Esmerelda in an audio interview that plays over her squirting scene. Also a 2010 trailer and slide show stuff.

So, DRILLER: A SEXUAL THRILLER (1984) gets a 2010 re-release with some new bonus features. The Michael Jackson parody stuff is okay but this Mr. J guy doesn't do much but dance around once his werewolf exits never to be heard from again. What remains is Louise's journey through a house of horrors with other ghouls and monsters assisting in some of the sexual shenanigans. Fans of XXX material might rejoice in this aspect but the folks wanting more Micheal Jackson parody will be disappointed. Final rating for this foolishness is !! outta !!!!!
