Review:
All sexual hell breaks loose when two dopes, one a fish oil salesman and the other a raving mad genius, concoct an elixir for their newly-formed, natural medicine store that ends up being a potent, long-lasting aphrodisiac. Of course, this accidental event both creates an insatiable demand for the product and also a local emergency, as man and woman alike succumb to their baser desires and imbibe the potion. A pack of sex-hungry loons that terrorize San Francisco with their untamed libidos is the result. So goes Blondes Have More Fun, an exceptional, 1979 release from director John Seeman that has been exquisitely remastered and reissued by Vinegar Syndrome and company.
Perhaps one of the more poorly (and tritely) titled films of its era, this flick nonetheless offers up both star and stunner alike, as it plows through one sexy sequence after another. Indeed, from Jesi St. James going from bored to horny with her guy, Mick South, to television hosts Cris Cassidy and Daoud Alar going at it during a break, to a refined madam, Seka, giving it up to a cuckoo customer, John Leslie, it seems that just about every corner of society has been invaded by the drug. Of course, there's the obligatory, short orgy (or two) thrown in, as well, and it should be noted that Herschel Savage gets to lay some pipe in Diana Holt, an obscure but blazing hot, blonde smoke-show if ever there were one.
All in all, with its clever, well-enacted (and acted) storyline, its relentless parade of babes and banging from start to finish, and the magic of Vinegar Syndrome, it's difficult not to recommend this one. Don't be fooled by the boring and less-than-descriptive title. This one is worth checking out. Hands down and dicks up, it's a winner!
