Blonde Fire Review

Review:
It's all about the chicanery, the subterfuge, and the sex (...and not necessarily in that order...) when everyone's favorite porno action hero, John Holmes (as Johnny Wadd), is put to the task of purchasing and bringing home safely an extraordinarily rare and expensive South African diamond. Of course, no one is to be trusted in this endeavor and just about everyone is--and turns out to be--a potential threat. Such is the case in I-Candy's "Blonde Fire", a very good, 1979 release from director Bob Chinn that features Holmes in yet another, acting-heavy, protagonist-type role that presents him again as the suave, cool-under-pressure, up-to-the-challenge hero. Indeed, despite being beset by obstacles throughout, John and his massive tool manage to calmly fuck their way through friend and foe alike--raping one, romancing others, and so on--until their job is done and done well. As his accompaniment in the film, the viewer is treated to the luscious likes of such Golden Age stars as Seka, Jesie St. James, Dorothy LeMay, and more...all of whom look great and play their roles well. Also adding value to the production is its plot, which--despite a couple of minor disconnects--is relatively strong and engaging. The settings--which are quite realistic--further aid in driving home the authenticity of the work, as well. As such, for fans of features, the classics, Holmes, and/or any of the fine ladies on display here, this one's worthy of a watch.

In terms of the sex, Scene One kicks off with the "Platinum Princess of Porn", Seka, working herself over with a hefty, flesh-toned vibrator. In Scene Two, one of the main bad guy's (James Price's) henchwomen, Dorothy LeMay, curries favor with her boss by going down on him and then fucking him (oral, poorly-captured vaginal ; cum-shot on her backside), while Scene Three has Holmes capturing another one of Price's minions, the frizzy-haired brunette, Phaery I. Burd, after she's broken into his hotel room looking for the diamond. He subdues her, cuffs her to the bed, strips her down, and then forces himself upon her with his massive cock (vaginal ; pop on her tummy). In Scene Four, Kitty Shayne, the secretary of the diamond firm with whom Holmes is dealing, shows up to fuck John in the shower as he's trying to figure out what to do with Phaery from the last sequence (oral, vaginal ; facial). Scene Five finds Dorothy LeMay stumbling upon her captive buddy, Phaery, still chained up in Holmes' room and while he's away. Instead of immediately freeing her, however, she seizes the opportunity and strips down for some girl-on-girl fun. In Scene Six, John and the diamond company's security officer, the lovely blonde, Jesie St. James, get down to it on her sofa after some wine and a home-cooked meal (oral, vaginal ; she two-handed jerks and sucks him to a load in her mouth). Scene Seven pairs up John and Fatima Hamoud, a lovely Arabian princess, while he's recovering after having been drugged at a seedy bar (oral, vaginal ; money-shot on her backside out of doggy). In Scene Eight, Jesie St. James gives her boss, Jon Martin, a celebratory BJ to completion in her hands and in her mouth, while Scene Nine brings together Holmes and his girl back at home, the drop-dead gorgeous Seka, for a raunchy romp (oral, vaginal ; facial). Nice!
