Best By Private 43: Asian Girls Review

Private’s “Asian Girls” compilation is heavy on threeways. The dumbest one stars My Lee, Suzan Nielsen, and some guy. What we’re supposed to believe is that My and Suzan are lovers, but that My has an eye for the lads, as well. So when Suzan comes home one day to find My sucking this guy’s dick, she is, of course, shocked. Despite Suzan’s heterosexual virginity, My and the guy, however, soon convince her to join in. To this point, I’m with the scene. I’m groaning inwardly at the banality of it, but I’m with it. And just now, at the point when our brains are supposed to power down so that we can redirect our energies southward, the sex becomes so stupid that it trips a switch somewhere and shunts all that clean, erotic energy into quite the wrong organ. It wound up firmly lodged in my spleen.

I don’t ask for so much. All I want is for a scene’s setup and its payoff to have some relationship to each other. But if My and Suzan were ever lovers, it must have been on another planet, one where “good sex” means not having to say you eat pussy. Then, too, though you gotta give the guy credit for going for it, something tells me that your average chick who’s never had sex with a guy before isn’t going to let him shove his cock in her ass the first time out.

Sometimes you have to wonder what directors are thinking. I wonder that every time I see an FFM threesome that includes one of those chicks who only does girls in the movies. Another scene in this movie stars Syren, Felecia, and a guy. What kind of threeway is that? Like Felecia’s going to let the guy touch her; like she’s going to touch him. She’s just in the way, really, and that diminishes the sex.

Five of this compilation’s eight sex scenes are threesomes or moresomes. Rounding out the five are a couple of hurried MMF jobs (the positions are too briefly held to generate any real excitement) and a three-girl, one-guy affair that might have been hot if it had lasted more than two minutes. The latter scene, from “Perfect,” directed by Michael Ninn (hence its higher quality) is truncated because, in the original, the two lovely Asian stars, Fujiko Kano and Sabrine Maui, drop out partway through the scene.

The best scenes in “Asian Girls” are strictly boy/girl. One stars Swany and Alan Deloin and takes place in the backseat of a car. It’s well-shot, purposeful sex, and Swany is a cute girl. Much cuter than Asian Shan, who stars in another, better scene that takes place in a wine cellar. But Asian gets extra points for popping her partner’s cock back in her mouth as soon as he starts cumming.

I like Asian girls, but “Asian Girls” is something else again. At it’s best it isn’t anything to get too excited about. For the record, the source films for this compilation are “Fatal Orchid,” “Center of Sex,” “Riviera,” “Virgin Treasures 2,” “Sex Therapy,” “Perfect,” “Triplex Video #31,” and “Superfuckers #12.” I did a little research on the Adult DVD Talk site and found that six of these films have been rated. For what it’s worth, every one of those movies received a higher rating than I’m going to give this one. As compilations go, “Asian Girls” is a bust.
