An opening panning shot reveals a bunch of clothes strew across the floor and stops at a naked couple asleep in bed. The skinny gal shuts off an oversized alarm clock ringing on the night stand and disappears into the bathroom for a quick shower. She returns to give her bud a blowjob and so begins the wacky 55 minute APARTMENT GIRLS (1980, VCX-Cal Vista Classic standard frame re-release, 2009) that continues with wall-to-wall '70s sexual shenanigans for your viewing pleasure.

The first 24 minutes of APARTMENT GIRLS cuts back and forth between 2 different couples and a g/g/guy trio in bed. The guys are furry with facial and chest hair while the four ladies with hairy pussies are, let's say, the skinny gal, the blonde with braids, the shaggy gal and the sexy, skinny 3rd wheel of the trio. (Turns out the 3rd wheel and the blonde with braids are the close-up kissing duo on the DVD cover sleeve) The couples all engage in straight sex action; meanwhile, the 3rd wheel mostly looks on while the shaggy gal with an ugly dishwater colored wig takes an anal reverse-cowgirl ride on her furry guy. Skinny gal takes a facial and the other cumshots land on a tush and up another gal's back. So, by the way, who are these folks?

We never do find out as the couples end up/hooking up at a party thrown by the skinny gal and her beau. The bedroom trio show up first; the blonde and beau interrupt the action occurring on and around the couch with a phone call on the nearby rotary phone then come over to join in the fun. Witness a blowjob but with a prick first stuck in a cold drink, a dude getting a blowjob while flat on his back with a bagel wrapped around his semi-hard prick, the third wheel sucking dick then blowing cigarette smoke on his schlong. At about the 45 minute point, 3rd wheel and the blonde wander off to a back bedroom for some tame g/g action but return for some cumshots and one of the nimrods reading the newspaper and saying let's all go to a XXX movie.

Wow, what a wacky flick that's not even an hour in length. Gonzo directors take note: here's how to make a XXX flick that also has interesting background instrumental music featuring riffs of the Stones' SATISFACTION, strains of GAMES PEOPLE PLAY and long sections of Cat Stevens' WILD WORLD that can be heard at the front and back end.

So, APARTMENT GIRLS (1980) is a terrific suck and fest with practically no story, but it's sure fun and worth a look. Put down those three hour gonzo discs and give this XXX classic a visit.
