If you are expecting a dramatization of Turgenevs Fathers and Sons move on. Father Figure 2 is another of those All Worlds films set in the All Worlds Resort and serving as a hardcore advertisement for that place. Parker Williams and his son Anthony Holloway along with Paul Johnson and his son Park Wiley have apparently checked in without knowing its a gay resort. They get this bit of news when they discover there are no girls there and see that hot little twink, Stonie, scampering around in his birthday suit, displaying the prettiest butt in the business. Finding all other accommodations booked, they decide to make the best of it. When their daddies go off to pick up some groceries, the boys decide to be daring and sunbath in the nude. They are startled and immediately cover up when Stonie pops by and offer to take them on a tour of the place. If you want to see how gay porn has changed in the last 30 years pick up a copy of THE BACK ROW that contains Jerry Douglas original of 1972 and Chi Chi LaRues of 2002. Its not just that one is bareback the other uses condoms, the whole focus has changed. Douglas was making a story film with sex; LaRue was making a sex film with a story. Lickity Split was described as An Oral Confection and boy is it! Shot in Studio 5533 in North Hollywood, California, this delectable flick offers us some interesting choices in flavors. The basic storyline revolves around young Jackson Price and his buddy Tiger working behind the counter of a 50s style ice cream shop. Both wear these sailor hats and striped shirts that gave me this weird feel to them. Tiger isnt really my taste anyway, and his Depeche Mode hair dangling down underneath a sailor hat made this look very gay. Jackson had blonder hair here than I was used to seeing (this film was shot in May of 2001), but the hat totally made him look hot. The little spiky gay boy hair peeking out and his olive colored skin with those piercing green eyes. He was the perfect ice cream parlor boy. I thought the credits were a neat touch as well. As the picture introduces us to the setting (Chat Hunt, Dante Foxx, and Logan Reed all eating ice cream), neon colored credits appear on the bottom of the screen. Feeling very patriotic on the Fourth of July, I decided to watch something with American in the title. I had probably watched it before but didnt remember it. Now I know why. It is almost totally forgettable. The film consists of interviewing the participants before each scene asking them what their ethnic background is. Who gives a fuck? An American is an American, isnt he? I suppose they are trying for the old America is a melting pot but I found it a stupid question; so did most of those being interviewed. Im just a mutt, one wisely said. First up are Ansley and Aaron, a southerner and a Jewish-Italian-American. Ansley, a pleasant blond, is the best-looking person to appear in the film. Thats not as complimentary as it sounds as he has little competition. Aaron is thin with a bit of hair in the middle of his chest. He has a big thick dick, but the Mohel appears to have botched the circumcision somewhat. These guys establish the pattern for the entire film. After being interviewed its kiss, suck one anothers dicks, fuck, jack off. In this case its Ansley who gives up his butt. [read the full review]
