"Grindhouse XXX: A Double Feature" is a very good production from Adam and Eve that puts forth two features, both done in the over-the-top "grindhouse" style. The first ("Student Assassin") involves Teagan Presley, a student at a local community college who moonlights as a contract killer. Her cop girlfriend (Nina Mercedez) has been taken hostage by a drug kingpin (Derrick Pierce), and it's up to Teagan to rescue her...the hard way. The second ("Massacre at Pine Lake") features Alexis Ford and her crew of camp workers at the Pine Lake camp the day prior to its seasonal opening. After a monstrous serial killer (Lee Stone) escapes from the police and happens upon the camp, the whole place turns into a bloodbath. Fortunately for Alexis, this beast is a pansy when it comes to standard women's self-defense maneuvers--too funny.
