Chris Rolie changes his style for this series a little by moving away from the fast motion camera work a little and instead running off at the mouth in an often derogatory manner. That takes what could have been a really great movie and turns it into a good one instead, which is too bad since there's very nice chemistry with well done cream pies and hot girls throughout the movie. The technical aspects are nicely done, but there's unfortunately no effort put into the extras. Cream pie fans should find plenty to like here, but sadly they'll probably also come away thinking that it could have been even hotter if Rolie would have realized that the movie is about the girls rather than his mouth. Once again Evil Empire brings us an instant classic, filled to the brim with hard anal sex, gaping, ass to mouth, as well as group sex and double penetrations in every scene. Lets not forget most scenes having multiple loads swallowed the exception being the mini bukkake for Natasha & Kitty, this is a movie that has it all for fans of the harder sex action. It just isn't as easy to get a film like this any more, where three or four years ago there were several pleasing releases each month. This is quite easily the best of Chris Rolie's work I've seen so far. The wild camera movement is tamed down a bit and it actually breaks out of the fairly rigid formula from the earlier installments of this series for a scene or two. As usual the girls are beautiful and take some great cream pies, but Angela and Ginger really rise above the rest for their scene with Mugur, which is the best scene I've watched from Chris Rolie so far. This DVD also rises above the previous DVDs from Chris Rolie by having a little effort put into the extras with a short blooper reel. If Chris Rolie's style has worked for you in the past, this should be a great DVD to check out, but it's also worth checking out by those who have been nervous about it due to him breaking out of his formula a bit. I had always wondered why Asstraffic.com didn't see a DVD transfer sooner, seeing as how mainstream (gonzo) friendly it is. Considering the large pool of excellent content they could pluck scenes from, as well as the popularity of the site, I figured this a surefire success. Why wouldn't they want to bank on this as soon as they could? But anyhow, Asstraffic Volume one, the DVD, has been a long time coming- I blind bought this as soon as it came out, trusting enough in the director and my familiarity with the site to have those balls. First off, if you haven't heard of the site go check it out now- they've got plenty of trailers there to browse over which gives you a great feel for what it is. These 6 scenes here are pulled directly off the site, yet not in their original form. 6 scenes, at 2 hours.... do the math and that's 20 minutes allocated to each scene. [read the full review]
