Who Should Watch It : All of Misty Rains fans or anybody just curious about her Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who doesnt like lesbian sex Audio /Video Quality: As a rule, you dont expect compilations to have consistent technical aspects. Thankfully, VCA pays enough attention to the technical aspects that their compilations are fairly consistent. Hollywood actress Kelly ODell moves from L.A. to a cabin in Montana for some peace of mind, but discovers that in Montana, if youre a lesbian, finding a piece of tail is a more difficult proposition. Wide Open Spaces (1995), directed by Wesley Emerson, is first-rate first-generation porn. I say first-generation because it looks like the kind of movie youd make if Hollywood were your inspiration rather than other porn films. The story isnt very good, but its serviceable and pleasant and it keeps the movie on track. It is, in other words, an excellent first attempt. I say first-rate because the sex is performed by a cast of cuties who know exactly what theyre doing and how to get their enthusiasm over on screen. Its rare for every scene in a porn movieany porn movieto be compilation-worthy. Im referring to an ideal compilation, one where the words best of actually mean something. Yet thats the case here. With this cast, and seeing that Martin Brimmer wrote it, Im not expecting the rest of the movie to be much different. Initial Reaction: Its pretty good, and a heck of a lot better than that when one looks at the time it came from. Who Should Watch It : Fans of all girl action Who Should Avoid It: Fans of girls seeing who can be the nastiest Audio /Video Quality: The audio is just slightly on the soft side. Its well balanced, but occasionally a little muddy. The video shows a hint of grain, but is excellent for the age of the feature. Some of the scenes have a couple shadows that seem a little off, but other than that, the lighting is good but slightly dark. Music: The music has an easy, sexy jazz feel that really helps out the scenes. [read the full review]

Get this: I was once criticized for writing reviews that were too short. My reply is, do you want to watch the DVD or do you want to close your eyes while I give you a frame by frame account of it? To my way of thinking reviews should be short and to the point. Why use 10 words where 3 will do? So you're probably thinking, "aha, this review is gonna be short then?" And you're right. It is. Because, basically, No Man's Land 36 is very average. Indeed, below average. In every respect. The sex was uninspired. Inari, Alexa Rae and Felecia looked hot but the others were nothing to write home about. Flick Shagwell has a face that would stop a clock. Sorry for being so blunt, but I am surprised how she ever got into porn. And Dru Berrymore has seen better days also. The plot is tiresome. Another No Mans Land outing starts suspiciously like an episode of the Twilight Zone, with Kaylynn and Gwen Summers dressed as 82-year-old women. They wear ill-fitting grey wigs Norman Bates mother would have been proud of. Aha, you get the idea now! The year is 2060 and the pair are discussing all the girls theyve known before. Which leads us into the first scene between Felecia and Sandy. The box cover states this is Sandys first ever scene - and her last according to rame.net. One movie made in 2000. Its a shame because Sandy is a sexy chick and Felecia devours her real good. But Sandy gives as good as she gets. They take turns eating each other out, then the dildos are introduced. Scene over. Next up are Chandler and Keri Windsor. The camera doesnt quite catch Keris tongue fucking on Chandler. This was obviously the intention but it doesnt quite come off. Scene three brings us Sandy again, this time paired up with Sophie Evans. The girls gel well. A rather disappointing threesome with Felecia, Inari Vachs and Nikki Steele follows.
