The maniacal, evil scientist, Dr. Penetration, is after everyone's souls, and the way that he intends to get them is through peeping in on their sexual fantasies...all with a diabolical, new invention. Of course, despite the fact that this nefarious plot actually works, the fantasies are hotter than hell, so it ends up being a win-win for both the viewer and for the good doctor alike.
