"Heaven" is a dark feature that is heavily plot-driven and that eventually works its way to an intriguing--yet grim--ending. The storyline revolves around an unlucky character, Alonzo (Tommy Gunn), and an exotic dancer, Heaven (Hillary Scott), whom he meets at one of his friend's clubs. Among other things, Alonzo has a gambling problem, and this--coupled with the feelings that he develops for Heaven--ultimately leads him to his demise. He's not alone on this path, though, as there are twists and turns along the way that bring a host of other characters into this tragic tale. Among them are his "friends" (Herschel Savage and Tom Byron) and an unbalanced dancer (Lanny Barby) who is prone to jealousy. The visuals in this film, while never really losing heat and typically good, at times border on being disturbing, as they parallel the storyline. Overall, this movie is perfect for those who like things a bit darker in terms of plot but still want heat in their sexual performances. [read the full review]

MILF Shakes by VCA/Hustler is one of those releases that starts off on real shaky ground, but almost redeems itself in the end. The cover of MILF Shakes is very misleading. The title is MILF Shakes, cute little play on Milk Shakes, and shows Angelica Sin drinking from a glass filled with a white substance. Excess white substance is on her face and also on her tits. Now, I don’t want to split hairs here, but the implication is given that at some point the girls are going to be drinking from a glass that has man chowder in it. Guess what? At no point in any of the scenes is there a glass of white liquid for the girls to be consuming, nor is there an ice cream stand theme close by for the girl to get a MILF shake. A backseat replaces the standard couch in this flick where a driver, camera guy and the fucker guy drive around in a mini-van and "pick up" chicks, hand the girls money and drive around filming a scene in the backseat. One of them is Tory Lane - it's worth it to see her peel off her tight jeans plus her reactions while passing traffic looks in. My favorite was this wowsa chick named Jennifer - played the scene a little shy at first (an act?) but what a body and those stretchy pussy lips! I'll be seeing more. [read the full review]

Can You be a Pornstar? Episodes 1 and 2 Initial Thoughts: I don't even know how to begin to explain this one, but I guess I start by saying it's awfully entertaining. I didn't see it then, but I am lead to believe that this was a series on one of the adult networks, and this is the DVD and harder hardcore version. Think of it as a Survivor meets Fear Factor reality TV show that focuses on only sexual activities. It's porn reality TV, and it is actually pretty well done. The goal is to see which one of the ladies can or could be a real pornstar. There is a supposed $100,000 prize and a fuck film contract for the winner. Each episode debuts more girls, and they eventually end up with a winner, although this is not the complete series. Personally I hate just about all reality TV shows, but this I found entertaining. If your looking for outright sex, your gonna be a little dissapointed, because the actual sex that is here, is short and awkward really. [read the full review]
