Undertow review summaries:
Tongue in Groove's
Undertow is a better than average porn flick. It features something rare indeed for the jizz biz good acting and a decent plot. Unfortunately, the cast doesnt put as much work into the sex as they do into their dialogue. Steven St. Croix, arguably the best actor in the industry today, is host of an underground TV show titles Thrill Kill Zone. The show deals with street racers. Because of his involvement in that sport, he is recruited by Dale DaBone to be an informant for the FBI as the agency tries to get the goods on Irish terrorist Evan Stone, who is also involved in the illegal races. This may be the first porn movie in history to include not one, but two, sword fights on a beach. No, not those kind of swords; real Japanese fighting swords. Theres pretty good editing as Evan and Steven battle on the sand and look convincing while doing it. But we watch porn for sex, and there just isnt enough heat among the performers to make it very interesting. [read the full review]

Payback (Sin City) review summaries:
morbidthoughts'
I originally wrote a longer review revealing plot points and such but it got lost. So this is a defacto quick & dirty review from memory. Steven St. Croix is a lawyer and is an asshole. Two things that hits close to home. He cheats on his wife with many women, makes life a living hell for his coworkers, and refuses to give his wife a divorce despite her knowing his adulteries because... he actually might love her in a sick way. You just can't help but root for the guy. Steven St. Croix & Aurora Snow: Steven just had a long day of power games with Evan Stone. How does he relieve his stress? By visiting one of his mistresses. Aurora as always looks great and a complete sexual dynamo. She controls this scene but the lighting is an artistic overexposed window lighting with a bluish tone that annoys the hell out of me. I'd rather see Aurora in realistic colour. Scene ends in a facial. She tells him she loves him. You don't tell that to a power hungry lawyer without giving up the butt! Angels (Sin City) review summaries:
Tongue in Groove's
Sin Citys Angels, a 2003 release, swipes its premise from the old TV series and recent hit mainstream movie Charlies Angels. The boss in this case is named Harley, and hes played by Randy Spears. The plot is convoluted, but basically has something to do with stolen paintings. As bad as the dialogue is, it may be the highlight of the flick. The Angels are Aurora Snow, Shay Sweet, and Hannah Harper. But Nikki Vail gets the first sex action. Shes got red/brown hair, bolt-ons, and is a bit on the heavy side. She does Randy in a boring scene that ends with a tit cumshot. Shay steps up next, but her scene with Steven St. Croix doesnt generate much heat. They romp on a couch and end the misery with a pop to Shays fake tits. Remember when she was a fresh, young thing with tiny, natural breasts? What a doll! Steven is back for a tryst with Aurora. Shes still cute and knows how to give great head. They go through the standard position changes before she takes a facial and cleans up like a good little whore. An Asia Carrera sighting is next.
