A Woman''s Promise is a kind of lesbian conversion boarding school run by Magdalene St Michaels. In the opening scene Abigail Mac and Sabina Rogue do a lot more than brush each other''s hair after the house has gone dark for the night. In scene two Lyra Law is dealing with a migraine when Zoey Taylor helps her find the real relief both girls are really seeking. In scene three model student Carter Cruise gives in to what she really wants when she calls her girlfriend Aidra Fox over for a midnight tryst. And finally Ivy Wolfe , the latest arrival is unafraid to speak her mind and she won''t be convinced her heart is wrong. Before long she''s tempted even the schools founder Maggie to quit living a painful lie.

Ricky Greenwood directs this all-girl release for Sweetheart Video. Ricky is a dynamite director and I look forward to every time he directs for the studio. He brings out the best in his actors and always has a storyline that makes you think. He even co-wrote this feature with Maddy Barton. The story revolves around Ivy Wolfe who hooked up with the prom queen and her parents couldn't handle her lesbianism so they send her to a conversion therapy center. Magdalene St. Michaels runs the place and Carter Cruise is her roommate. Other girls appearing here include Aidra Fox, Abigail Mac, Sabina Rouge, Lyra Law and Zoey Taylor. Ivy quickly learns that Carter is the only one who is happy to be there.

As with Ricky Greenwood's previous all-girl feature movies for Sweetheart Video, A Woman's Promise is another home run. The movie combines an enjoyable story, with some great acting, and sensual sex scenes. A Woman's Promise is beautifully shot and shouldn't be missed by fans of feature films. Sweetheart Video has done an excellent job with their DVD release of A Woman's Promise with excellent image and sound quality.
