The next month I was able to have several private conversations with Toni Ribas at the AAE in Las Vegas. So take the following with as many grains of salt as seem appropriate.* Hardcore Innocence 3 at last makes its long-delayed debut on DVD, and harkens back to an earlier time, in 2000 and 2001, when Toni Ribas and his friend and fellow-Spaniard Nacho Vidal made their movies side by side.

Review brief: Gigolo : A Love Story Directed by Axel Braun Elegant Angel DVD Released : Summer 2002 Cast : Natalie Ross (aka Lenka, Natalka), Sarah Hoffman, Stacy Silver, Sylvia Lancome, Dennis Marti, Patrixxx Dennis Marti is not a handsome man, but he has a degree of charisma, and women respond well to his lovemaking in Nacho movies. He stars here as the gigolo of the title, and is paired with Nacho actresses from The Gang From Prague, so that this movie almost feels like it could have been titled Sexx the Hard Way 6.5 (if you can ignore the slight soft filtering of the picture, which actually adds to the vaguely dream-like quality of what follows). Our gigolo begins his day as we all do, with lovely Natalie Ross giving him head as he films the proceedings with a home movie camera. Natalie is the Private name for the tall brunette featured on the cover, who is better known to her fans as Lenka. She knows Marti from Killer Pussy 11, and is giving him an I like you, blowjob, full of eye contact and care.

Review brief: Wet 'N Frosty Directed by Zak(k) Wylde Elegant Angel DVD Released Spring 2002 Cast : Samantha Sterling, Ryan Meadows, Katie Morgan, Phoenix Ray, Calli Cox, Daisy Chain, Belladonna, Pat Myne, Johny Slovak, Tyler Wood, Cheyne Collins This is the latest in a line of "Wet & Wylde Weekends" Zak Wylde has made for various companies over the years. They tend to be essentially imitation Shanes World, where a group of performers head to some location to party, have sex, and rock climb, raft or otherwise engage in some physical activity. This time, the destination is a condo at the Big Bear ski area east of Los Angeles, a place Shane visited at least twice (SW 8 & 12, as I recall). These movies can often work well, because jaded professionals are allowed to fuck whomever they choose, in situations in which they feel comfortable. Is Zak Wylde the same person as Alex Ladd? I dont know, but the cast refers to him as Alex at several points, and Belladonna and Johny Slovak worked for Ladd in Europe a few months earlier.

Directed by Tony Ribas Elegant Angel Simultaneous release 2/26/2002 Cast : Kathy, Virginie, Dolores (aka Adela, Black Widow), Barby, Lady Eve (aka Esta), Patricia Pompadour, Suzy Dark, Dike, Judy, Cinthia (aka Cindy), Rita Gacs (aka Rita Faltoyano), Sophie Evans (non sex), George Picasso, David Perry, Mick Blue, Nick Attila Lang, Tony Ribas Tony Ribas makes movies the same way his friend Nacho Vidal does, by shooting pretty women having high energy sex. His previous titles, such as 110 Natural #1 and the Hardcore Innocence series, were made at the same time as various Nacho movies, with much of the same casts. Exxxplosion probably would have been Hardcore Innocence #5 before Elegant Angel decided to end their numbered lines, to make each movie more of an event title.

Review brief: Sodomania Orgies Tail Gate Parties Directed by Alex Ladd Elegant Angel VHS released 10/13/2001 DVD released early 2002 Cast : Sandra Russo, Jessica May (aka Jessica Mar/Hart), Vanessa Sey, Patricie, Pavla, Eve, Pamela Killman, Anastasia, George Uhl, Kevin Long, John Slovak, K.K., Boby This fourth installment of the Sodomania Orgies series was shot in Prague, using much of the same talent that has appeared in other recent Elegant Angel titles, such as Sodomania 36 and Buttwoman iz Bella. Most of these performers, especially the guys, are longtime professionals who work for any and everyone who shoots in the Czech Republic. In this case, that is a good thing, as the entire cast of both orgies found here seem to know exactly how to present hot sex for the camera. The movie opens at a sex club, as four girls and four guys flirt with each other. Theres some rough noises on the audio track, but these seem to disappear later on. Three of the girls are bleach blondes, and two of them, Sandra Russo and Jessica May, must have the longest resumes of current Czech actresses.

Review brief: Hardcore Innocence 2 Directed by Tony Ribas Elegant Angel DVD Released 6/19/01 This second installment of Hardcore Innocence is again related to Nachos Killer Pussy line, and while it isnt the full sister-movie to Killer Pussy 5, lets call it the half-sister. It opens by taking a slight step back, with lovely Linda, who got a pounding from Nacho in Killer Pussy 4, not 5. She looks great standing framed in a nighttime doorway, wearing a leather trench coat, fishnet stockings, and nothing else. The lighting shows an appendix scar I didnt notice before, but othewise her body is tight and enticing. She has a pretty face, and brown hair that is dyed black (she still has black hair for High Octane 6, which was shot months later. That is the only other appearance I know of for her). Nacho, and not for the first time, is already hard before she can latch onto his schlong and start sucking. She fellates him eagerly, as a dog barks annoyingly outside. The dog eventuallu shuts up, and Nacho returns her favor by snacking on her genitalia.

Review brief: Hardcore Innocence 1 Directed by Tony Ribas Elegant Angel DVD Released 2/22/01 Cast : Vanda (aka Monique Vanda), Vanessa, Brigitta (aka Melody Kord), Stella, Sharon(e) (aka Szylvia), Claudia (aka Claudia Singer, Claudia Jackson, Zita Bernstein), Nacho Vidal, Frank Gun(n), Tony Ribas Despite the title, this isnt really a young girl themed movie. Tony Ribas is the Spanish husband of Private Hungarian star Sophie Evans, and often works with her in various movies shot in Europe and America. It is understandable that he is friends with fellow Spaniard Nacho Vidal, and that when Ribas isnt working with his wife, he often is a hired gun in Nachos movies. I suppose the idea occurred to them that they could shoot more than one movie at a time, with Nacho being the focus of some, and Ribas of the others. New Sensations already had plenty of Nacho, what with releasing his three related lines of Killer Pussy, Blowjob Impossible, and Sexx the Hard Way. Thus, Ribas sold his line of virtually indistinguishable movies to Elegant Angel, which releases them as Hardcore Innocence.
