Review brief: While Jack Remy isn't nearly as fine of a director as he is cinematographer, Amanda by Night 2 proves to be a much better than average late 80s X rated film. Well written and shot, this is a worthy film which, as things like this go, has received a much worse than it should have treatment on DVD.

Review brief: Gary Graver was one of hardcore cinema's true master filmmakers along with Metzger, Weston, Damiano, DeRenzy, and Costello (which about names all the greats). While Society Affairs is one of his less known titles, it ranks as high in Graver's filmography as his first three masterpieces, 3 A.M., V The Hot One, and Ecstasy Girls.

Review brief: One of the best American hardcore films ever made (by director Gary Graver) has been given a TERRIBLE DVD release by Caballero. A true genre masterpiece which features masterful performances from Veronica Hart, Richard Bolla, and especially Lisa DeLeeuw and Samantha Fox. A superior film in every respect which deserves a lot more than it has gotten on DVD. For that reason, pay more and get an old VHS.

Review brief: Although described as a hardcore spoof of Charlie's Angels, this is actually a very dark, almost depressing film featuring outstanding performances from some of the most talented late 70s hardcore actors. The production values and atmosphere are also very effective. A very good film for those who just can't stand modern porn.
