Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done, just as one has come to expect from Wicked Pictures for years. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. There's a little camera motion, but that fits into the style of the movie perfectly, and the rest of the video is crisp and very well lit.

The Movie: The bean counters upstairs aren't happy with how citations are down, and even more unhappy with how the revenue the Valley Police Department is down along with it. Sergeant Steven St. Croix wants his team to think outside the box to write more tickets, as well as trying to bust a peeping tom that's getting all too much press.

The first call takes the PD to a domestic disturbance where white trash busty brunette Devon and her man Alex are fighting, and soon after fucking as officer Eric watches through the front door. Alex worships her ass on the couch before rolling her over to pull aside her short overalls to eat her pussy and asshole. Valley 911 is a fun little fuck flick. Jonathan Morgan does a very nice job keeping things light and fun, and if you watch the BTS featurette you learn that much of the movie was ad-libbed so a tremendous amount of credit has to go to the cast for making this one work as well. Yes, the setups can be a bit predictable and standard, but they're helped out by some nice production values and a cast that does a great job with the fucking as well as acting in the setups. Devon Michaels starts things out very nice with Alex Sanders, and play up the white trash fighting or fucking relationship very well. Cherokee and Kaylani do a great job taking on Steven and Trevor, and I really enjoyed all the swapping back and forth as well as a very nice mix of camera angles to capture it all. Julia Ann turns in not just one but two solid scenes, and plays up the slutty cop equally well with suspect Cheyne as she does with fellow officer Eric. Finally there's jessica, who as usual turns out a great balance between glamour and slutty, and turns out a solid scene with Brad. The only real complaint I have here is that some of the scenes seemed a bit on the short side, and with three or four positions instead of the two that many of the scenes had this would have been a much stronger movie. Valley 911 is a light little fuck flick that brings in some good humor and seems to do exactly what it's aiming for.

The Extras: Trailers are included for five other Wicked Pictures releases. In addition to the standard photo gallery, which lasts about three and three quarter minutes, you Star Galleries for all five ladies, and a boxcover shoot featurette lasting a little over two minutes. There's also Star Stats for all of the girls with the exception of Kaylani Lei, a behind the scenes featurette, a bonus scene, and commercials.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts a little over a half hour. Jonathan Morgan introduces the movie and what's going on in it and how he's planning on having the cast ad-lib a lot of the movie. There's plenty of fun with the cast, between them hanging out, working with Jonathan Morgan, and being interviewed by Mark Stone. There's also some nice eye candy mixed in as the girls pose for their photo shoots and the scenes being shot. This is a very nicely balanced and fun behind the scenes featurette.

The bonus scene comes from The Assignment, and oddly was originally included as a deleted or bonus scene from that movie. When cop Brad pulls jessica over for “almost stopping” at the sign a little ways back, she lets him know she'd like to work something out and he guides her to an alley where they can be a little more private. She moves in to kiss him and lets him play with her pussy as she sits on the hood of the cop car before having Brad sit back on the hood as she drops down to mouth his manhood. Brad bends jessica back over the car to tongue her holes from behind before fucking her from behind and letting her ride him reverse cowgirl style. jessica also lets Brad bone her bald beaver before dropping down to eagerly take a very nice facial finish.

Final Thoughts: If you're looking for a few laughs and hot couples friendly sex, it's well worth picking up.
