Tru: A XXX Parody Review

Being a total junkie of True Blood on HBO, this was one of the parodies that came out that I had to see. Tru: A XXX Parody from New Sensations makes a go at sexing up the already sexy series, and loosely combines the plots of the first 2 seasons. Tru is directed by Leroy Meyers and written by Ashlynn Brooke. It is presented in Widescreen and runs 2 hours and 13 minutes. This is a 2 disk set, with the first disc containing the main xxx feature, while the second disc contains a Party Version, Bloopers, Behind the Scenes footage, Cumshot Recap, Photo Gallery, Trailers, Web Trailer, Company Info, and DVD rom.

The Movie is Split into chapters, with 5 sex scenes and the rest plot:

The casting is pretty decent, with some of the characters here looking a lot like their real counterparts, in particular, James Deen as Bill, Misty Stone as Tara, Vanessa Naughty as Mary Ann, and Evan Stone as Sam. Also featured are Ashlynn Brooke as Sookie, Bill Bailey as Eric, and Levi Cash as Jason Stackhouse. This parody has no anal, but plenty of other good sex.
This is quite watchable, although if you’re not into the show you may not find it as good as if you’re a fan.
