Initial Expectations: There’s a lot of great talent here which gives me pretty high expectations for the feature, and Adam & Eve’s Premium Collection label normally means it’s a very well done DVD.

Initial Reaction: It’s a very fun movie and a worthy addition to the Premium Collection line.

Who Should Watch It : Fans of natural women, couples, and anybody looking for fun and light porn

Who Should Avoid It: Raincoaters and anybody looking for extremely nasty sex

Audio /Video Quality: The audio and video are both extremely good. The audio is very clear and nicely balanced. The video is also very clear and has almost no problems.

Music: The music varies a little. Some of it has a much harder edge than normal, especially for Adam & Eve, but it also has some of the standard jazzy soft rock that porn fans have come to know and love, or at least know. It varies a bit in balance, but is normally balanced pretty well.

Menus: The menus are nicely done and fit the feature very well with clips from the movie. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip from the feature and allows you to jump directly to the pop shot.

The Feature: Although not what you’d expect originally, The Third Eye is about a camera that shoots what people are thinking rather than what they’re seeing. Dale DaBone and Inari Vachs find the camera when they’re clearing out an old garage. Dale takes a photo of Inari only to find the picture is much different from what he saw when he clicked it. After a little test, they decide to see how much fun they can have taking pictures of people they know and meet.

Dale DaBone starts things off with all the luck of the latest Powerball winner. He gets his unit worked over by Inari Vachs’ mouth. Inari and Dale are two of the best looking examples of their genders in porn today, and the two of them together looks just as great as it should. Inari gives him her usual over the top (in a very good way) blowjob, although unlike many of her blowjobs, her saliva glands don’t produce the equivalent of about three baseball teams worth of spit. The Third Eye is a nice little bit of fun porn, almost like an adult sitcom. It never tries to be really serious or do anything other than have fun and get you off. The chemistry between Dale and Inari, both with and without their clothes, goes a long way in helping this one work. The sex is fun, and has great heat and chemistry. Unlike most pornos, the sex is very consistent, so nobody really stands out above the crowd. If you’re looking for a light and fun adult film, open up The Third Eye.

Extras: Many of the standard extras are included as well as a few new ones. Trailers are included for The Fiesta, A Wolf’s Tail, A Devil’s Tail, Crystal Dreams, and Beauty & The Bitch. There’s also web links, the Adam & Eve Sex Reel, and a photo gallery. The sex reel lasts almost twelve minutes and contains clips from many of Adam & Eve’s features such as Skintight, A Slave to Fashion, KSEX 2, Serenade, Miss Jackie’s Full Service Salon, Devoured, and Caribbean Undercover. The photo gallery contains about twenty three snapshots that are laid out in a thumbnail format so you can see five or six at once. If you see one you like, you can select it and bring it up to a full screen snapshot size. It’s a very nice way to organize a photo gallery.

Bios are included for Inari Vachs, Bud Lee, Monica Mayhem, and Catalina. As Adam & Eve have been doing lately, they’re done as interviews which last from six and a half minutes with Monica up to thirteen minutes for Bud. Each person talks about how they got into the industry and what they hope to do after leaving the industry as well as their hobbies and a few other miscellaneous things. It’s a great change from the standard audio bio and gives you a great chance to see some of the personality of the stars.

The first bonus scene lasts about nine minutes and comes from Sex Across America #5: Miami with Alexandra Silk and Angelica Sin. Overall: As with most of Adam & Eve’s Premium Collection titles, I expect The Third Eye to be available online for between $15 and $25 with quite a few stores offering it for under $20. It’s well worth the price tag as well as the label. The movie is fun and light and has consistently good sex. The transfer is excellent and there are a lot of extras. This is what adult DVDs should be done like.

Note to Adam & Eve: Great job on the extras here, as well as the overall DVD. If you keep putting out DVDs this good people are going to take a lot more notice of you.
